상호의존적인 생태계 환경에서 학습장애는 학령기가 되어서야 진단되는 장애이며, 역사적 맥락에서 교육, 양육, 의료 관점에서 함께 이해해야 하는 장애유형으로 언급되어 왔다. 그러나 한국사회에서 2018년 학습장애 출현율은 1.8%로서, 2013년 4.7%에 비해 매우 낮은 비율을 보이고 있다. 이같이 매년 감소하는 학습장애 감소현상 원인에 대해 학계에서는 최근, 자녀의 학습장애 진단과 의뢰과정에 가장 직접적인 영향을 미치는 부모의 인식과 관점에 대해 관심을 모으고 있다. 또한, 최근 2017년 특수교육 실태보고서에 의하면, 학습장애아 부모들이 자녀와 함께 하는 가족프로그램에 대해 높은 요구도를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 생태학적 관점에서 학습장애 자녀를 둔 부모의 튜터링 문헌고찰을 통해 부모의 양육지원의 중요성과 양육, 교육, 의료 협력지원 체계의 필요성을 인식하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구목적 수행을 위해 Brofenbrenner의 생태학 이론과 국내외 학습장애 부모관련 문헌들을 고찰하였다. 연구결과, 학습장애는 자녀와 부모의 개인과 가족, 공동체 수준에서 모두 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 특히, 부모들은 자녀의 독특한 장애특성으로 인해 심각한 수준의 정신적, 육체적 어려움을 겪고 있는 것이 확인 되었다. 이에 대해 학습장애아 부모튜터 링은 아동과 부모지원으로서 효용성이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 학습장애아 부모양육지원으로서 전문가 간 협력지원으로 부모튜터링의 중요성이 언급되었다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로, 한국사회에서 학습장애아 부모튜터링 지원에 대한 시사점을 논의 하였다.
Learning disabilities, which are diagnosed only when they are school age in an interdependent ecosystem environment. And in the historical context, it has been mentioned as a type of disability that be understood together from the viewpoint of education, parenting and medical support. However, in the Korean society, the rate of LD in 2018 is 1.8%, which is very low compared to 4.7% in 2013. Like this, about he cause of the decreasing phenomenon in LD that decrease every year, in recently, academic community has been focusing on the perceptions and perspectives of parents who have the most direct impact on the diagnosis and referral process of their children’s LD. Also, according to the recent report on special education in 2017, parents of LD children showed high demand for family programs with their children. So, this study aims to recognize the importance of parental care support and necessity of parenting, education, and medical cooperation support system through the study on tutoring literature review of parents who have children with LD from an ecological point of view. For the purpose of research, Brofenbrenner’s ecological theory and domestic and foreign learning LD parental literature were examined. The result of study, it is shown that LD has been affecting both children and parents at individual, family, and community level. And in particular, it has been confirmed that parents are experiencing a serious level of mental and physical difficulties due to their children’s unique disability characteristics. On this, parenting tutoring for children LD has been shown to be useful as child and parent support, and the importance of parent tutoring has been mentioned as cooperation among experts as support for parental support for children LD. Based on these results, these are some of the discussion with the implications of support for parent tutoring for children with LD in Korean society.
