본 연구는 수퍼비전 윤리 요소를 탐색하고, 중요하게 인식되어야 할 윤리 요소를 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 먼저, 국내외 윤리강령과 문헌, 선행 연구를 고찰하고, 전문가 면담을 거쳐 수퍼비전 윤리 요소를 추출하였다. 문헌연구를 통해 추출된 수퍼비전 윤리 요소에 대하여 전문가 감수를 거친 후, 내용타당도 검증을 위해 수퍼바이저 34명을 선정하고, 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 시행하였다. 델파이 자료는 SPSS 18.0와 Excel 2010프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였고, 윤리 요소별 중요성, 명확성 및 Lawhe가 개발한 내적 타당도 공식을 적용해 항목별 CVR(Content Validity Ratio)을 산출하였다. 연구 결과, 총 6개 범주, 16개 영역, 88개 요소로 구성된 수퍼비전 윤리 요소가 도출되었다. 6개의 수퍼비전 윤리 요소 범주는 ‘내담자 복지’, ‘수퍼바이지 복지’, ‘수퍼비전 관계’, ‘수퍼비전 과정’, ‘수퍼바이저 역량’, ‘기관 및 수퍼바이저 역할과 책임’이며 16개 영역은 ‘내담자 권리 보호’, ‘수퍼비전관련 정보 제공’, ‘비밀보장’, ‘수퍼바이지 권리보호’, ‘수퍼바이저 권력 남용 제한’, ‘수퍼바이저·수퍼바이지 경계 설정’, ‘다중관계’, ‘사전동의 및 구조화’, ‘수퍼비전 준비 및 기록’, ‘종결 및 중단’, ‘진단 및 평가’, ‘수퍼비전 역량 관리’, ‘수퍼바이저 한계 설정’, ‘수퍼바이지 교육 및 지도’, ‘수퍼바이지 관리감독’, ‘제도적 책임’로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 수퍼비전 윤리 요소를 종합하고, 수퍼바이저들이 중요하게 생각하는 수퍼비전 핵심 윤리 요소를 도출함으로써 수퍼비전 윤리 요소를 체계화하였으며 앞으로 수퍼비전 윤리 지침이나 척도 개발 및 수퍼비전 교육 현장에서 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to explore supervision ethical elements and to extract ethical elements that should be recognized importantly. It first studied the code of ethics, books and the previous researches and then interviewed experts to extract supervision ethical elements. The experts examined the supervision ethical elements extracted from the previous researches, books and the code of ethics. 34 supervisors were selected to verify the content validity. Three rounds of delphi technique were performed. The delphi data were analyzed with SPSS 18.0 and Excel 2010 programs. CVR(Content Validity Ratio) was calculated by applying the importance of each ethical element, accuracy and feasibility equation developed by Lawhe. As the result of study, 88 elements of supervision ethics consisting of 6 categories and 16 regions were drawn. The 6 categories of supervision ethics include, ‘Client welfare’, ‘Supervisee welfare’, ‘Supervisory relationship’, ‘Supervision process’, ‘Supervisor competency’, ‘Roles and responsibilities of institution and supervisor’, 16 areas of supervision ethics include, ‘Protecting client rights’, ‘Providing supervision information with client.’, ‘Confidentiality’, ‘Protecting supervisee rights’, ‘Limiting the rights of supervisors’, ‘Setting up the boundary of supervisor and supervisee’, ‘Multiple relationships’, ‘Informed consent and Structuring for supervision’, ‘Supervision preparation and records’, ‘Termination and suspension’, ‘Assessment and evaluation’, ‘Managing Supervision Competency’, ‘Limiting supervisors’, ‘Educating and guiding supervisee’, ‘Supervising the supervisee’, ‘Institutional responsibilities’. This study is meaningful in the point that it integrated supervision ethical elements and extracted supervision core ethical elements that supervisors think importantly so that it could be used to develop supervision ethical instruction criteria and used as basic materials at educational areas.
