본 연구는 청년 업무수행능력과 직무만족의 관계에서 직업기초능력이 조절효과를 하는지 분석하고자 수행되었다. 분석자료는 청년패널조사(2017) 11차년도 자료를 사용하였으며, 연구대상자는 청년 창업자 380명이다. 분석은 SPSS 23.0을 사용하여 기술통계, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 업무수행능력, 직무만족, 직업기초능력 간에는 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 업무수행능력과 직무만족의 관계에서 직업기초능력의 조절효과가 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 청년 창업가의 교육 프로그램 운영과 개발 시 업무수행능력과 직업기초능력 증진을 위한 방안을 모색해야 함을 논의하였다. 본 연구는 청년패널조사로 분석하였으므로 변수 설정에 한계가 나타날 수 있으므로 후속 연구에서는 다양한 변인에 대해 모색할 필요가 있음을 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job performance on job satisfaction and moderating effect of core competency level. The analysis used data from the 11th year of the Youth Panel Survey (2017), and the subjects were 380 young entrepreneurs. Using SPSS 23.0, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were performed. The analysis results are as follows. First, there was a significant positive correlation between young entrepreneurs’ job performance, job satisfaction, and core competency level. Second, there was a moderating effect of core competency level in relation to young entrepreneurs’ job performance and job satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, it was discussed the need for finding ways to improve the job performance and core competency level of young entrepreneurs in the operation and development of Entrepreneurship Program. Since this study was analyzed by a youth panel survey, there could be limitations in setting parameters. Therefore, it is suggested that a subsequent study needs to be explored for various variables.
