연구배경 현재 전 세계에서 가장 빠른 초고령화 진입 속도를 나타내고 있는 대한민국은 다양한 문제가 발생하고 있으며, 특히 노인 건강문제와 사회·심리적 문제는 지속적으로 악화되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 실제생활 속 노인의 라이프스타일에 따른 실효성 있는 의료서비스 리빙랩의 방향성을 제안하고자 한다. 연구방법 본 연구는 고령친화 의료서비스에 대한 현황 진단과, 의료서비스 리빙랩에 대한 이론적 고찰 및 국내외 사례를 분석하였다. 또한 노인의 라이프스타일 분석 유형에 따른 심층인터뷰를 실시하여 노인의 잠재 니즈를 도출할 수 있었으며, 최종적으로 고령친화 의료서비스 리빙랩 구축을 위한 방향성을 제시할 수 있었다. 연구결과 연구결과로 ①노인이 직접 운영·관리하는 의료서비스 리빙랩 콘텐츠 개발 ②노인의 건강·의료서비스 정보 접근성을 향상시키기 위한 스마트 의료서비스 개발 ③지역 내 다양한 기관과의 협력을 통한 지역 맞춤형 고령친화 의료서비스 개발을 도출하였다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 국내 고령친화 산업의 사회적 대안을 모색할 수 있을 것이며, 노인의 지속적인 사회적 관계망을 형성·유지하고 건강하고 활기찬 생활을 영위하는데 기여하고자 한다.

Background Various problems are occurring in Korea, which is currently showing the fastest entry rate into a super-aging society in the entire world. In particular, health problems and social and psychological problems of the elderly are continuously worsening. At this, this study attempts to propose directionality for effective medical service living labs according to the lifestyles of the elderly in their actual daily lives. Methods This study theoretically examined present condition diagnoses of aging-friendly medical services and medical service living labs and it analyzed domestic and foreign cases. Also, it conducted in-depth interviews according to lifestyle analysis forms of the elderly and it deduced the potential needs of the elderly and conclusively, it was able to propose directionality for the construction of aging-friendly medical service living labs. Result Research results ①developed medical service living lab contents that can be directly operated and managed by the elderly ②developed smart medical services that enhance health and medical service information accessibility of the elderly ③deduced regionally customized aging-friendly medical service development through cooperation with various local institutions. Conclusion This study hopes to contribute to the search for social alternatives of domestic aging-friendly industries, the formation and maintenance of continuous social networks for the elderly, and the management of healthy and active lives for the elderly.
