본 연구는 간문화적 감수성 발달 이론을 토대로 국민정체성이 상호교류행동의지에 미치는 영향과 함께 고정관념 및 차별의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 평택시에 거주하는 616명의 청소년이며 연구에서 사용한 측정모형의 적합성을 분석하기 위해 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였고, 연구모형에 대한 구조모형 분석 후 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 청소년의 국민정체성이 증가할수록 고정관념 및 차별이 증가했으며, 고정관념 및 차별은 국민정체성과 상호교류 행동의지를 완전 매개하였다. 본 연구에서는 분석결과를 토대로 다문화에 대한 고정관념, 차별적 태도를 변화시킬 수 있는 다문화 교육 프로그램 마련, 국민정체성 개념에 대한 논의 및 합의의 필요성, 청소년의 다문화 수용성을 증진시킬 수 있는 방안에 마련에 대한 제언을 제공하였다.

This study aims to analyze the influence of national identity on reciprocity willingness of adolescents on the basis of Development Model of Intercultural Sensitivity. Also, this paper analyzes how stereotypes and discrimination mediate between national identity and reciprocity willingness. The research objects are 616 adolescents living in Pyeongtaek city. The confirmatory factor analysis has been conducted to examine the suitability of the measurement model. The mediating effects have been verified after analyzing the structural model of the research model. The research output shows that stereotypes and discrimination increase with the increase of the national identity of the adolescent, and stereotypes and discrimination mediate between the national identity and reciprocity willingness. This paper calls on further discussions about the concept of national identity and the necessity for consensus, and it suggests several ways to promote multicultural acceptance of adolescents.
