본 연구는 자녀를 둔 가족의 사회자본이 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향관계에서 가족의 생활만족의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 전라북도에 거주하는 19세 이상 45세 미만 여성 중 자녀를 양육하는 401명을 설문조사하여 284명의 응답을 분석에 활용하였다. 주요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가족의 사회자본이 증가할수록 양육스트레스가 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가족의 사회자본이 증가할수록 가족생활만족이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가족생활만족이 증가 할수록 양육스트레스가 감소하는 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 관계를 통계적으로 검증한 결과 가족의 사회자본이 양육스트레스를 감소시키는 영향관계에서 가족생활만족이 부분 매개하는 것으로 확인되었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 양육스트레스 감소를 위한 가족의 사회자본 형성 방법과, 남편의 육아참여 및 결혼생활만족 증가를 통한 가족생활만족 향상의 실천적 정책적 대안을 제시하였으며, 제언과 한계에 대해 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediated effect of marital life satisfaction in the relationship of social capital of families with children to parenting stress. To that end, 401 of the women aged 19 and under 45 living in Jeollabuk-do were surveyed and 284 respondents were used for the analysis. The main analysis results are as follows. First, it has been shown that the parenting stress decreases as the social capital of the family increases. Second, it has been shown that family life satisfaction increases as the social capital of the family increases. Third, it has been shown that the parenting stress decreases as the family life satisfaction increases, and the statistical verification of these relationships has confirmed that the family social life satisfaction is partially mediated in the influence relationship in which the family social capital decreases the parenting stress. Based on the results of the study, the method of forming social capital of the family for reduction of the parenting stress, and practical policy alternative of improving family life satisfaction through the increase of the father Involvement and marital life, were presented, and suggestions and limitations were discussed.
