이 연구는 일정 수준의 요건을 충족하는 전문가들에게 델파이(Delphi) 기법을 적용하여 우리나라 현실에 적합한 유아교육기관 차원의 긍정적 행동지원 평가 준거를 개발하고자 실시되었다. 연구는 준거 개발팀과 델파이 전문가팀으로 나누어 실시되었으며, 3차에 걸친 델파이 과정을 통하여 유아교육기관 차원의 긍정적 행동지원 평가 준거를 확정하였다. 연구에서 사용된 조사 도구는 준거 개발팀의 사전검토를 통하여 내용타당도 검증을 거친 1차, 2차, 3차 델파이 조사지이다. 연구절차는 구안단계, 타당화 단계, 결과분석 및 정리단계, 확정단계를 통하여 이루어졌으며, 타당화 단계에서 델파이 전문가 팀을 대상으로 3차에 걸친 조사가 이루어졌다. 델파이 조사결과 최종적으로 보편적 지원 11개 준거에 34개 세부 준거, 소집단지원 4개 준거에 13개 세부준거, 개별지원 5개 준거에 20개의 세부 준거가 개발되었다. 각 지원 단계별 평가 준거 및 세부 준거는 유아교육기관에서 긍정적 행동지원을 실시할 경우 기준이 되는 구성요소로 사용 될 수 있을 것이다. 특히 개발된 자료는 긍정적 행동지원의 기본요소들을 포함하면서도 전문가 의견 합의를 통해 우리나라 유아교육기관에 적합한 준거를 제시한 것에 의미가 있다.

In this study, Delphi research method were applied to derive a Positive Behavior Support assessment at the level of an in early childhood settings for the reality of Korea. The study was conducted by a team of Delphi experts and a team of experts from the criterion development, and through the 3-step Delphi course, a Positive Behavior Support assessment at the early childhood settings level was confirmed. The research tools used in this study are the first, second, and third Delphi questionnaires that have been content validity through preliminary review by the team of experts from the criterion development. Through three rounds of the Delphi survey that used semi-structured questionnaires, considerable consensus was achieved and the final evaluation criteria were developed. Evaluation criteria consisted of 11 elements and 34 indicators for Tier 1, four elements and 13 indicators for Tier 2, and five elements and 20 indicators for Tier 3. Each support phased assessment and detailed criterion will be used as a standard component when teachers apply positive behavioral support to early childhood settings. In particular, it is meaningful to reflect the reality of our country through the opinion of Positive Behavior Support experts.
