목적：본 연구는 다문화 구성원 대상 보이스 트레이닝 보조교사 양성 프로그램 개발을 위해 전문가 패널을 중심으로 보조교사의 역할과 자질에 대한 인식을 조사하고자 한 연구이다. 방법：이를 위해 B대학에서 운영한 교육 사례와 심층면접을 통해 도출한 연구 문제를 토대로 반구조형 개방형 질문지를 개발하여 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 그리고 조사의 결과를 귀납적 질적 연구의 방법으로 분석하였다. 결과：그 결과 다문화 구성원 대상 보이스 트레이닝은 음성적 차원에 더하여 담화 화용, 문화 교육으로까지 확대해야 하며, 이를 위해 보조교사는 언어학적 지식 및 교수기술, 다문화 감수성을 갖추어야 하는것으로 나타났다. 그리고 프로그램의 실효성과 효용성을 위해 제도적 장치를 마련해야 하는 것으로 논의되었다. 결론：본 연구는 보이스 트레이닝을 위해 교수자가 가져야 할 자질과 역량이 무엇인지를 고찰해 보았다는 것에 의의가 있으나, 18명의 전문가 집단의 의견을 일반화하기에는 한계가 있다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 프로그램 개발 및 보조교사의 만족도와 프로그램의 효용성을 평가하는 후속 연구가 이어져야 할 것이다.

Purpose：This study set out to investigate the perceptions of teaching assistants’ roles and qualifications among expert panelists to develop a cultivation program for voice training teaching assistants for multicultural community members. Methods：For this purpose, the investigator developed an open-ended semi-structured questionnaire based on research questions identified in the educational case and in-depth interview at B University and conducted a survey with it. The survey results were analyzed in an inductive qualitative method. Results：The findings show that voice training for multicultural community members should add the dimension of voice and expand to discourse pragmatics and culture education and that teaching assistants should have linguistic knowledge, teaching skills, and multicultural sensitivity. It was also found that there should be an institutional device to ensure the effectiveness and utility of such a program. Conclusion：The study examined what qualifications and capabilities were required from voice training instructors, thus holding its significance. It is, however, difficult to generalize the opinions of the expert group of 18 panelists. Based on these findings, a follow-up study will need to develop a program and assess the satisfaction of teaching assistants and the utility of the program.
