본 연구는 최근 급속도로 확산되는 관광분야 공유경제서비스의 부정적 측면에 주목하면서 이를 해결하기 위한 하나의 방향으로 공유경제의 고유한 가치를 중심으로 논의를 진행하였다. 특히 공유서비스 관련 사용자의 주관적 지식과 객관적 지식의 격차, 즉 지식보정이라는 개념을 도입하였다. 그리고 개인의 주관적인 판단에 따라 위험을 인식하는 방식이 달라질 수 있기에 위험지각 차원을 개인적 위험과 사회적 위험으로 구분하여 더욱 정교한 인과모형을 설정하였다. 분석결과, 서비스 사용자가 공유경제의 경제적·기술적 가치를 높게 인식할수록 개인적 위험지각이 낮아졌으며, 사회환경적 가치를 높게 인식할 때 사회적 위험지각이 감소되었다. 또한, 높은 수준으로 지식보정이 이루어진 집단에서만 기술적 가치인식과 개인적 위험지각 간에 조절효과가 검증되었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 경제적·사회환경적·기술적 측면에서 공유경제의 본연적 가치회복을 도모하고, 공유서비스에 대한 사용자의 주관적·객관적 지식이 높은 수준에서 일치할 수 있도록 다양한 실천적 과제를 제안하였다.

This study started from a concern about the negative aspects of sharing economic services in the tourism sector. In order to solve this problem, the discussion focused on the inherent value of the sharing economy; in particular, we introduced the concept of knowledge correction, which is the gap between subjective and objective knowledge of users related to sharing services. In addition, considering the different ways of perceiving risk according to individual judgment, we set up a more sophisticated causal model by dividing it into personal risk and social risk. As a result of the analysis, the economic and technological value of the sharing economy lowered the personal risk, and the socio-environmental value decreased the social risk. Also, the moderating effect between technological value and personal risk was verified only in the group with a high level of knowledge correction. Based on the results of these studies, various practical issues are suggested.
