이 연구는 모형 차원에서 비판적 듣기 능력 향상 방안을 탐색한 것이다. 탐색한 결론은 다음과 같다. 비판적 듣기 능력을 향상시키기 위해서는 먼저 비판적 사고 방법을 훈련한다. 이러한 사고 방법 훈련을 바탕으로 듣기 사고 패턴(반복행동)을 찾고, 찾은 듣기 사고 패턴에 대해 적절한 구어와 문어 피드백을 하고(보상), 그러한 피드백을 한 원인(영향 요인)을 찾는다. 화자의 입장에서 정확한 설명이, 청자의 입장에서 주의와 작업 기억이, 그리고 화용적 지식이 중요한 영향 요인이다. 이들을 기반으로 특정 장면에 적적한 실행계획을 세워서 비판적 듣기 능력을 향상시킨다. 계획 세우기에서 특별히 고려해야 할 것이 열망, 믿음, 노력, 정보 교류 집단이다.

This paper explores ways to improve critical listening ability at the model level. The conclusions are as follows. To improve critical listening ability, first, train critical thinking methods. Based on these thinking training methods, find listening thought patterns, give appropriate feedback―both spoken and written―on the listening thought patterns, and find causes for such feedback. From the speaker’s point of view, attention, working memory, schema, and solvable knowledge are important factors. Based on them, we develop proper action plans for a particular scene in order to improve our critical listening ability. When planning, in particular, it is important to consider groups of aspirations, beliefs, efforts, and information exchanges.
