교사-학생 간 바람직한 관계 형성을 돕는 5C-AGE 관계모형은 인간관계의 5C와 AGE가 결합하여 5단계를 거치며 발전해 나가도록 돕는 과정 모형이다. 무관심, 무관계였던 교사와 학생의 관계는 관심-소통-이해-배려의 단계를 거쳐 최종 단계인 사랑에 도달하게 된다. 다음 단계로의 이행은 교사와 학생 모두가 준비가 되었을 때, 모두가 받아들일 수 있을 만큼 충분히 관계가 진전되었을 때에만 가능하며, 다음 단계로 간다고 해서 이전의 단계가 사라지는 것이 아니다. 오히려 이전 단계는 보다 더 활발해지고 긍정적으로 발전한다. 이와 같은 5C의 모든 과정에서 AGE가 발현되어야 하는데, AGE가 풍부하게 사용될수록 관계 발전의 속도가 빨라지고, 관계의 질을 더 좋게, 더 단단하게 만들어준다. 최종적으로 교사와 학생 모두가 사랑의 단계에 도달하게 되면 이 관계는 새로운 관계 맺기를 위한 디딤돌이 되어 개인이 더 넓고 다양한 관계를 맺을 수 있도록 도와주는 역할을 하게 된다.

The 5C-AGE relationship model, which helps create a desirable relationship between teachers and students, is a process model in which 5C and AGE of human relationships combine to help develop through five stages. The relationship between the teacher and the student, who had been apathetic and unrelated, comes through the stage of Concern, Communication, Comprehend, Consideration, and then reaches the final stage of Charity. The transition to the next stage is possible only when both teachers and students are ready. Going to the next stage does not mean that the previous stage will disappear. Rather, the previous step becomes more active and develops positively. In all of these 5C processes the AGE should be expressed, the richer the use of the AGE, the faster the development of the relationship, the better and firmer the quality of the relationship. Finally, when both teachers and students reach the stage of charity, the relationship serves as a stepping stone to a new relationship, helping individuals build a wider and more diverse relationship.
