국내대학의 K-MOVE 일본 취업 사례연구 - S대의 수업운영, 사후관리를 중심으로 -

This study introduces an example of K-MOVE and follow-up management of S University for successful employment in Japan through this program. In particular, this study presents the opinions of trainees and companies about the training curriculum and follow-up management of training institutions. The paper aiso discusses the role of training institutions in employment in Japan, as follows: 1) The curriculum focuses on knowledge and understanding of Japanese language and culture. 2) The training institutes have various employment sites and maintain continuous relationships with companies. 3) Before trainees enter Japan, the training institutes provide information on the flow of employment, housing, and settlement support funds. 4) These institutes provide guidance on settlement funds in a timely manner. 5) These institutes also build mentoring relationships with people who are already employed. 6) These institutes provide non-employees with opportunities for learning in Japanese, information on Japanese companies, and interviews.

本研究は、K-MOVEの日本就職プログラムの事例研究の一つである。特にS大学のK-MOVEの研修、就職後の研修生管理について述べ、研修機関の役割について分析した。まとめると、以下のようになる。 ①研修カリキュラムは日本語と日本文化に関する理解を重視する。 ②数多くの就職先を確保し、就職先との関係を維持する。 ③日本に入国する前に、就職先の入社の流れ、住宅、定着支援金などの案内をする。 ④定着支援金の申請時期別に案内を行う。 ⑤すでに就職している先輩などとの連携システムを構築する。 ⑥就職先が決まっていない研究生には教育及び日本企業に関する情報、面接機会などを提供する。
