The current study aims to study of the syntactic structure of DeicticP in PP. There are pronoun(adjective) demonstratives corresponding to here and there(or corresponding to this and that) of English. In the former case, it exists in the DP clause. In the latter case, it refers to a place, so it exists in the bore of the verb phrase as PP or AdverbP. Kayne(2005) suggested that locative here and there are parallel to 'this here place' and 'that there place' (which contain demonstrative here and there) except that locative here and there have an unpronounced counterpart of 'place', and an unpronounced determiner instead of 'this'/'that'. In this paper, I divide the above two types of demonstratives in more detail, and classify them according to the syntactic structure. Based on Kayne (2005), Svenonius (2010), Koopman (2000)'s syntactic structure of PP and DeicticP, I will discuss the syntactic structure of the functional projection in PP domain.
