천궁대전에 관한 연구는 번역본이 소개된 이후로 다양한 각도로 논의가 이뤄졌다. 그러나 천궁대전의 서사 흐름에 관한 세부적 논의는 다양하게 이루어지 않았다. 이 글은 천궁대전에 관한 기존의 논의를 이어받아 더욱 정밀한 작품 분석을 시도한 것이다. 전체 9모링의 이야기는 세 개의 서사단락으로 나뉜다. 특히 천궁대전에서는 자연과 의지적 요소의 이항 대립이 창조의 원리로 나타나고 있다. 여기서 자연적 요소란 물거품에서 나온 하늘·땅·별의 자매여신을 의미하고, 의지적 요소는 악마 예루리의 활약이다. 다시 말해 세 여신은 우주만물의 생태적 조건을 의미하고 예루리는 개입과 교정의 기능을 담당했던 오친여신의 남성적 변신으로, 의지적 신격이다. 천궁대전에서는 아홉머리와 여덟 팔을 지닌 천하무적 예루리의 도전과 세 여신측의 맞대응이 흥미진진하게 전개된다. 이후 최후의 격전이 끝난 뒤에, 우주의 모신이 된 아부카허허가 샤먼을 양육한다. 그런데 샤먼의 자질에 예루리의 권능이 포함되어있다는 사실이 특이하다. 또, 천궁의 대전을 거치면서 아부카허허는 독립적이며 주도적으로 변모한다. 싸움의 전략에서도 두 집단은 차이를 보인다. 자연적 조건을 상징하는 세 여신은 세력을 분산하며 협력하여 단점을 보완하는 방식이지만, 예루리는 권력을 한 곳에 집중하여 동종교배의 형식으로 힘의 과잉을 초래한다. 하지만 천궁대전은 자연과 의지, 결핍과 과잉 에너지를 모두 긍정적으로 바라보고 있다. 우주생성의 4요소인 자연과 의지적 요소는 서로 대립하면서 만물을 생성하고 있다. 대결을 통해서 세 여신이 지니고 있는 결핍은 충족되고, 예루리의 과도한 에너지는 깍인다. 최종적으로 아부카허허와 예루리의 일대일 격전이 종결된 후에는 지모신의 속성을 지닌 아부카언두리가 출현하여 문명을 발전시키며 샤먼이 하늘과 땅을 중재하게 된다. 불의 사용, 역사시대, 형제신들의 각축은 천궁의 큰 싸움이 종결된 이후의 일이다. 천궁대전은 만족의 ‘가제家祭’가 지니고 있는 조화롭고 밝은 분위기의 창세신화다.

Cheongung Daejeon (Tiāngong Dàzhàn (Great Battle in the Palace of Heaven) or Ucheoguureobon in Manchurian (Mystic Story of Ancestral Gods) is Manchurian myth of creation, which explains the origin of a shaman. Sacred pedigree of the shaman is a combination of the powers of three heavenly goddesses with Yeruri of the dark. Cheongung Daejeon is a story of divine gods, revealing the origin of the creation of the world, inherited in Manchu people. This is a writing to investigate the structures and principles of the narrative of Cheongung Daejeon, expanding the preceding discussions. Nine Moring that constitute Cheongung Daejeon is composed of three paragraphs. In the first paragraph, four elements of the creation of the Universe are born, of which the characters are natural deistic three goddesses and the Devil Yeruri reflecting the element of will. While the goddesses of the heaven, earth and stars are physical conditions for the creation of all things, the Devil Yeruri conceived in the processes of correction and intervention symbolizes the element of will. The second paragraph introduces the earnest battles in the sky. These are six fights in total, but structurally, they consist of Yeruri's independent challenges and joint fight-back of the three goddesses' forces. Especially, the significance of this paragraph is that all struggles and conflicts reveal the origins of objects, nature and customs. This also, connects to the meaning that the base of historical drive is formed by the clash of energy of deficiency and that of excess. The principle of creation in Cheongung Daejeon sees the energy of conflict and strife positively. As an example, in the third paragraph, Yeruri's properties are reflected in the great shaman's qualifications presented as a model of sacred humanity. In the third paragraph, prosperity and decline of gods and the shaman's birth develop. In 8 to 9 Moring, Abukaheoheo's growth and dignity stand out, and Abukaheoheo, who was born in a bubble and grew as the universal mother goddess, nurtures shamans and saves humanity. Later, land-centered civilization develops while mankind goes through disasters of flood and iceberg, and this puts an end to the story. Cheongung Daejeon expands Manchurian thinking system to heaven, earth and universal scale. Through the fights between the group of three goddesses and Yeruri, the splendor of the world of light and all processes of suppressing the forces of darkness fit for martial atmosphere of Manchu people. A shaman is a bridge that connects the god of the sky, Abukaheoheo with the goddess of the earth, Banamuheoheo, and a mighty power that ranges over both light and darkness. Shamanism for Manchurians has contributed to strengthening their identity differentiated from that of the Han Chinese by providing them with a mental pivot of life. In this sense, Cheongung Daejeon is a text that shows where the pride of Manchurian culture came from.
