본 연구는 전주한옥마을 방문객의 주요 만족요인을 파악하고 그 요인들이 전반적 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하며, 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로서 만족도와 관광지이미지의 역할을 파악하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 전주한옥마을 방문객의 전반적 만족도에 영향을 미치는 중요 요인으로 한옥마을 전반적 분위기, 관광안내소 이용편리성, 쇼핑의 편리성 그리고 지역주민의 친절성의 4개 요인이 확인되었고, 나아가 전반적 만족도는 사후 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 또한 관광지이미지가 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 조절회귀분석 및 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 관광지이미지는 행동의도에 조절변수가 아닌 독립변수로 작용함을 알 수 있었고, 관광만족의 4개 요인 중 관광안내소의 이용편리성 요인은 관광지이미지에도 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었다. 본 연구를 통해 전주한옥마을 방문객의 만족도 및 이미지의 향상을 위해서는 관광안내소의 관리와 이용의 용이성 확보가 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었고, 향후 연구에서는 전주한옥마을 방문객의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 체계적 분석과 문항 조정을 통해 모형 설명력의 향상이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

The major factors for influencing the overall degree of satisfaction of the visitors to Jeonju Hanok Village were found to be 4 factors: the overall atmosphere of the Hanok Village, the convenience of using the tourist information center, the convenience of shopping, and the kindness of local residents, and by extension, the overall degree of satisfaction was found to be a factor for influencing the behavior intention. And as a result of conducting the moderated regression analysis and the hierarchical regression analysis to identify the effects of the image of the tourist spot on the behavior intention, it was found that the image of the tourist spot acted as the independent variable to the behavior intention, rather than the moderating variable, and among 4 factors for tourist satisfaction, the convenience of using the tourist information center was confirmed to influence the image of the tourist spot. Through this research, it could be seen that it is important to manage the tourist information center and to secure the reliability thereof in order to enhance the degree of satisfaction of the visitors to Jeonju Hanok Village and the image thereof.
