본 연구는 다문화 가정의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 미용교육 경험과 관심분야에 관한 연구를 반영한 전문적인 미용기술교육을 제공하여 다문화가정의 안정적인 정착을 목적으로 한다. 연구 결과를 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미용 교육 경험으로 ‘헤어미용‘와 ’네일미용’ 분야 교육을 가장 많았던 것으로 나타났다. 남성은 ‘헤어미용’을, 여성은‘ 메이크업’ 교육을 받은 경험이 많았고, 한국에 20년 이상 거주한 경우 ‘네일미용’ 교육을 경험한 것이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 미용 교육 관심분야로 미용 관련 직업에 대한 전망이 좋은 것으로 인식하였으며, 여성이 남성보다, 한국 거주 기간이 길수록, 월평균 소득이 높을수록 높게 나타났다. 또한 미용 분야에 취업 희망분야로 ‘헤어미용’와 ‘네일미용’ 순으로 조사되었다. 과거 미용교육 경험과 미용 관련 직업 전망 및 취업 희망 등의 관심 분야에 거의 일치하는 것으로 나타나, 미용 분야의 취업과 교육을 경험할 수 있는 교육 확대와 양질의 교육과정 내용 및 그에 따른 설계가 필요하며 다양한 프로그램을 통한 미용 교육의 기회가 주어져야 할 것을 제언한다.

This study aims at the stable settlement of multicultural families by providing professional beauty technology education that reflects research on beauty education experiences and areas of interest according to demographic characteristics of multicultural families. First, it was found that they experienced the most education in the areas of 'hair beauty' and 'nail beauty' in the field of beauty education experience. In addition, the fields that wanted employment in the beauty sector were preferred in the order of 'hair beauty' and 'nail beauty'. In addition, it has been found that most of the differences between past beauty education experience and areas of interest, such as job prospects and job hopes, are consistent with those of the past. Therefore, it is necessary to expand the beauty education to experience employment and education in various beauty fields, the contents of high quality beauty education curriculum, and the purpose and design accordingly. It is suggested that the opportunity of beauty education through various experiences should be given.
