목적 : 현재 작업치료에서 웰다잉에 대한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 웰다잉의 국내 연구동향을 분석하여 성공적 노화를 위해서 웰다잉에 기초한 라이프스타일 재설계의 중요성을 제시하는 한편 작업치료사에게 웰다잉에 대한 연구의 필요성에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 한국교육학술정보원(KERIS)에서 제공하는 학술연구정보서비스(RISS)와 DBpia의 데이터베이스를 이용하여 최근 5년간 국내 웰다잉을 주제로 한 연구들로 수집하였고 최종 결정된 37편의 논문은 최근 연구들의 경향을 파악하기 위해 연구 자료의 연도와 발행처, 연구의 내용을 분류하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 : 첫째, 연도별 현황 분석에 따르면 2016년부터 2020년 4월까지 매년 최소 1편에서 최대 12편의 웰다잉에 관련 연구가 발행이 됐다. 둘째, 발행처별 현황 분석에 따르면 19개의학회 및 연구원에서 지난 5년간 웰다잉 관련 논문을 발행했고, 가장 활발하게 이루어지는 곳은 한국산학기술학회로 전체연구의 18.9%를 차지하는 7편의 논문을 발행하며 가장 많은 비중을 차지하였다. 셋째, 연구 주제별 분석에 따르면 개념 및 의미연구, 미치는 영향, 교육프로그램, 인식도 조사, 통합적 사례 연구 등으로 유목화하고 위의 분류에 포함되지 못한 연구는 기타연구로 분류하였다. 이 중 개념 및 의미연구 주제에서 총 12편의 연구가 나왔고, 이는 전체 연구의 32.4%에 해당한다. 결론 : 첫째, 기존의 웰다잉 이론에 관한 연구들을 토대로 한 더욱 다양한 작업치료프로그램 개발을 위한 연구가 필요한 것으로 보인다. 둘째, 웰다잉이론에 기반한 작업치료프로그램의 치료적 효과를 위해서는 지속적인 검증을 하는 연구가 필요한 것으로 사료되어진다. 셋째, 웰다잉이론에 기반한 작업치료프로그램 서비스를 지속적으로 이어 갈 수 있는 방안에 대한 연구와 대상층을 더욱 더 다양화시키고 죽음에 대한 인식 변화가 필요한 것으로 사료되어진다.

Objective : Currently, research on well-dying in occupational therapy is insufficient. Accordingly, this study aims to analyze the domestic research trends of well-dying and suggest the importance of redesigning lifestyle based on well-dying for successful aging, while suggesting suggestions to occupational therapists on the need for research on well-dying. Methods : Using the database of the Research Information Service (RISS) and DBpia provided by the Korea Educational Research and Information Service (KERIS), 37 final papers were collected with domestic well-dying-themed studies over the past five years, and the year of the study, the publisher, and the contents of the research were classified and analyzed to identify the trends of the recent studies. Results : First, according to the annual status analysis, at least one to 12 well-dying studies were published each year from 2016 to April 2020. Second, according to the analysis of the status of each publisher, 20 associations and research institutes have published well-dying-related papers over the past five years, and the most active place was the Korean Society of Science and Technology, which published five papers, accounting for 15.2% of the total research. Third, according to the analysis by subject of the study, the concept and meaning studies, impact, education programs, awareness surveys, and integrated case studies were nominated, and other studies that were not included in the above classification were classified as other studies. Of these, a total of 12 studies were conducted on the subject of impact, accounting for 32.4% of the total studies. Conclusion : First, it seems that research is needed to develop more diverse work therapy programs based on studies on existing well-dying theories. Second, for the therapeutic effect of the work therapy program based on well-dying theory, it is believed that continuous verification research is necessary. Third, it is believed that research on ways to continue the work therapy program service based on well-dying theory will further diversify the target groups and change the perception of death.
