목적 : 본 연구는 전문가들의 재활복지의료기기 센터의 인식과 요구도 조사를 기반으로 재활복지의료기기센터 설립을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법 : 2018년 2월 1일부터 15일까지 전국에 있는 재활복지 및 의료기관 관련 전문가를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 배부된 설문지는 총 125부였으며, 회수된 설문지는 총 104부였다. 수집된 자료는 통계 프로그램 SPSS Ver. 24.0을 사용하여 통계분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 : 재활복지의료기기 센터가 필요성에 대해 “필요하다”라는 응답이 102명(98%)이며 “필요하지 않다”는 응답이 2명(2%)로 나타났다. 재활복지의료기기 센터의 설립 목적에 대해 묻는 문항에서 가장 많은 응답은 기기 사용하기 전에 “측정 및 평가”를 위한 목적으로 필요하다는 응답이 80명(33.9%)로 가장 많았으며, “재활복지의료기기 체험”을 위해서는 54명(22.9%), “상담 및 컨설팅”을 해주기 위해서는 50명(21.2%), “기기 사용 교육”을 위해서는 38명(16.1%), “의료기기 및 재활복지기기 전시”를 위해서 13명(5.7%)이다. 결론 : 본 연구는 재활의료복지기기 센터가 설립이 필요성과 인지 및 지각에 관한 영역과 일상생활활동에 관련한 영역을 확대하여야 한다는 요구도가 높았다. 이와 같은 결과를 반영하여 체계적인 연구가 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료되며, 추후 센터설립에 기초자료로 사용될 것으로 사료된다.

Objective : This study experts of Rehabilitation medical welfare devices center and based on the Demand for Rehabilitation & Welfare Center for the establishment of medical devices to provide a basic data aims. Methods : From February 1 to 15, 2018, a survey was conducted on rehabilitation welfare and medical institution-related experts nationwide. A total of 125 questionnaires were distributed and 104 were collected. The collected data were analyzed using statistical program SPSS Ver. 24.0. Results : On the need for rehabilitation and welfare device centers, 102 (98%) said they were "necessary" and 2 (2%) said they were "not needed." The most frequently asked questions about the purpose of establishing a rehabilitation medical device center were 80 (33.9%) who answered that it was necessary for the purpose of "measurement and evaluation" before using the device, 54 (22.9%) for "rehabilitation medical device experience", 50 (21.2%) for "consultation and consulting", 38 (16.1%) for "institution use education", and 13.7 for "rehabilitation device display." Conclusion : In this study, there was a high demand for the establishment of the Rehabilitation Medical Welfare Device Center and to expand the area related to the recognition and perception of the need for the establishment and the areas related to daily activities. It is believed that systematic research should be conducted to reflect these results, and that it will be used as basic data for the establishment of the center in the future.
