본 연구는 진로의사결정유형이 노인스포츠지도사 자격증 취득동기에 어떤 영향을 미치는지와 그 과정에서 스포츠 관여도의 조절효과는 어떠한지 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 노인스포츠지도사 자격증을 취득하기 위해 서울소재 A연수원에서 시행된 노인스포츠지도사 자격연수 프로그램에 참여한 연수자 235명을 대상으로 2019년 6월부터 8월까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 222부의 유효 표본을 가지고 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석 및 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 조절효과 검증을 위한 3단계 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자격증 취득동기 중 진취가치적 동기는 진로의사결정 유형 중 의존적 유형, 합리적 유형과 유의미한 영향 관계가 있었다. 자격증 취득동기 중 규정경쟁적 동기는 진로의사결정 유형 중 의존적, 합리적, 직관적 유형과 유의미한 관계가 확인되었다. 둘째, 자격증 취득동기 중 진취가치적 동기는 감정적 스포츠 관여도와 영향 관계가 있었다. 셋째, 의존적, 직관적 진로의사결정유형과 규정경쟁적 자격증 취득동기의 관계에서 감정적 스포츠 관여도의 조절효과가 확인되었고, 합리적 진로의사결정유형과 규정경쟁적 자격증 취득동기의 관계에서 인지적 스포츠 관여도의 조절효과가 확인되었다. 본 연구는 노인스포츠지도사 자격의 관심과 필요가 증가하고 있는 가운데, 이를 취득하고자 하는 수요자의 관점, 특히 진로의사결정유형의 관점에 초점을 맞췄다는데 의의를 갖는다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among career decision making styles(CDMS) and motivations for the certificate acquisition(MCA) of sports instructors for elderly, and the moderating effect of sports involvement(SI) in the process. A survey was conducted from June to august 2019 with 235 trainees in the senior sports instructor qualification program operated in seoul. Total of 222 questionnaires data were utilized in data analysis using frequecy analysis, exploratory factor anlysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.. The research results are as follows. First, among the type of proactiveness-value for CDMS and the types of dependent, reasonable for MCA had a significant effective relation, among the type of competitiveness-regulation for CDMS and the types of dependent, reasonable, intuitive for MCA had a significant effective relation. Second, the type of proactiveness-value for CDMS was significatly related to emotional type of SI. Third, the moderating effect of emotional SI was found in the relation between dependent, intuitive CDMS and proactiveness-value MCA. Among Reasonable CDMS and competitiveness-regulation MCA, the moderating effect of cognitive SI was revealed. This study has significance in that it focused on the perspective of the demand for qualifications for Sports Instructors for Elderly, especially the perspective of career decision-making.
