This paper investigates the phonological system of Jiyang town in Fujian Province from three aspects: consonant, vowel and tone. Survey that there are 15consonants, 33vowels, 6tones. The phonological part describes and analyzes the initials, rhyme and tone. In the initials part, the author analyzes the types of the pronunciation. In the rhyme part, the author examines the rime groups in detail one by one. In the tone part, the author analyzes the types of the pronunciation for the Ping tone (平声), Shang tone(上声), Qu tone(去声), as well as Ru tone(入声).
