본 연구는 영국의 크라우드펀딩을 활용한 커뮤니티 중심 도시재생의 운영체계 및 성과 고찰을 통해 국내의 도입 필요성과 시사점을 제시한 논문이다. 주요 분석내용은 크라우드펀딩 온라인 플랫폼 운영체계, 연도별 및 사업유형별 성과, 참여 주체의 규모, 역할, 특성, 재정분담 비중 등의 검토이다. 분석 결과를 토대로 기존 국내 도시재생 사업방식인 도시재생 뉴딜사업 등과 크라우드펀딩 방식을 6개의 항목으로 구분하여 비교분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 국내의 기존 커뮤니티 중심도시재생 사업방식을 보완 및 병용할 수 있는 방식으로서 크라우드펀딩 방식의 필요성과 의의를 강조하였다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the implications of domestic adoption through a review of the operating system and performance of community-based urban regeneration using the UK crowd funding. The main analysis is a review of the crowd funding online platform operating system, performance by annual and project type, and size, role, characteristics of the participating parties, and share of financial contributions. Based on the results of the analysis, a comparative analysis was conducted by dividing the urban regeneration new deal project, and the crowd funding method into six categories. Through this, the necessity and significance of the crowd funding method were emphasized as a way to complement and use the existing community-based urban regeneration project method in Korea.
