This paper examined several cases of ‘parallelism transcription of original word, translation of the original word, teaching method and syllabus related concept term, transcription of equivalent concept term’ targeting the main concepts of more than two times which has appeared ‘questions and choices, example’ of the 11th volume TKFL area in TTKFL from 2006 to 2016. As a result, confusion occurs when there is confusion about the transcription and translations of the concept terms within the same test, and the confusion is more appeared when comparing the another test. In order to solve the problem of selection and decision of the concept term of TKFL area in TTKFL, the following points are proposed. First, for the consistency of spacing and punctuation of the concept term, it is necessary to supervise the questions, answers and an example according to spelling system of Hangeul. Second, in the case of a concept term with original word, the original word are indicated together with parentheses in order to reduce the confusion of examinee. Third, in case of a phonetic transcription of the original word, a concept term is written according to the Loanword Orthography and the Romanization of Korean. Fourth, the translation of the original word use the translation of the Korean language first and optionally with the selective use of literal translation and transliteration by Parkchangwon(2009). Discussion for decide upon an confirm the translation of the main concept terms and the standardization of the orthography should be started collecting opinions from the TKFL Community. In the future, in order to maintain the reliability and consistency of the national certified test, it is necessary to publish a list of the concept terms that are presented in TTKFL.
