One aspect of move, is caused by changes for the purpose of employment or marriage, which results in the colonization of a new area. Historically, the viewpoint of cultural education changed in form, new ideas flowed in from the outside. Those people who flowed in from the outside by forcible demand, must study the local culture. Domestic foreigners within Korea in present real conditions, that move for employment and for marriage, are increasing too rapidly our society image. This is due to the fact that Korea is changing it ssociety to a multicultural one at a very fast rate. We can know the answer to this by examining other cultures that have passed through the same situation. These countries have used a lot of trial and error processes in fixing the problems associated with a multiculturalist society. Therefore, we can learn from them the correct way to deal with this situation. We can also seek to reduce the problems these countries have encountered and therefore reduce our mistakes also. Mutual understanding is the key, and we wish to reduce errors by examining the trial and error of other countries that our culture education plan wants to subject. In this treatise, they are worried about mistakes, so that they may do may examine specific foreigners to understand their life in Korean culture. They would study culture in Korean society by examining now domestic emigrant's community activity. Laborer and marriage emigrants learn the language by their necessity in general life to receive Korean culture. Education for comprehension of culture is necessary work, certainly because is apt to pass by assimilation or excessive rejection without comprehension of systematic Korean culture. To be able to live the best life in the Korea it is necessary that the emigrant learns Korean. It is, of course, that the essential thing which can reduce culture mutual misunderstanding of emigrants, is being nimble-footed in the social system side. A grouped plan of education, that can be done by the method of culture mutual understanding, can occur in Korean classrooms. Work which seeks to find our own culture identity will never work if it abandons its culture of origin and foreigners are not assimilated into Korean culture. Both cultures will have to communicate well to form a new culture, due to mutual understanding, and the new culture may situate deeply by a cultural code of Korea. (Kyung-hee University)
