과학 정보통신 기술의 비약적인 발전은 산업혁명으로 일컬어질 만큼 큰 파장을 가져올 것으로 보인다. 4차 산업혁명에서 언급되고 있는 주요 기술들은 우편과 물류 분야에도 커다란 변화를 야기할 것으로 전망된다. 따라서 우편 물류 플랫폼 진화에 있어 이러한 기술들을 어떻게 활용할 것인지를 논의하는 것이 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명이라는 환경에 적절하게 대응하기 위해 관련 핵심기술들을 고려한 항공 특송을 포함한 우편 물류 플랫폼의 진화 방향을 탐색해보려는 목적을 갖고 있다. 이를 위해 동향 파악과 선행연구 검토를 통한 핵심 기술의 도출, 전문가 조사를 바탕으로 한 AHP 분석 등이 이루어졌다. 사업자 동향과 선행 연구 검토를 통해 우편 물류 분야의 핵심 기술로는 사물인터넷, 인공지능, 빅데이터, 드론 등이 도출되었다. AHP 분석의 계층구조는 기술 활용을 고려할 때 평가 기준인 기술 매력성, 부합성, 공익성 등의 3가지 상위 항목과 9가지 하위 항목이 활용되었다. 분석 결과, AHP 분석을 통해 파악한 평가 요인의 상대적 중요도는 부합성 차원이 상대적으로 높게 나타났으며, 구체적으로 보편적 서비스 기여도, 역량 부합성, 활용 실현성, 자원 부합성의 순으로 높게 나타났다. 그리고 AHP 분석을 통해 4차 산업혁명 기술의 활용 우선순위를 평가한 결과, 빅데이터 기술 활용이 내·외부 전문가 모두 가장 높은 점수를 보였으며, 내부 전문가들은 인공지능을 2순위로 평가하고 외부 전문가들은 드론을 2순위로 평가하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 우편 물류 플랫폼 진화 및 항공 특송에 있어 기술을 효과적으로 활용하기 위한 몇 가지 시사점과 제언이 제시되었다.

The rapid development of scientific information and communication technology is expected to bring about a big wave that can be called the industrial revolution. Major technologies mentioned in the Fourth Industrial Revolution are expected to bring about significant changes in the postal and logistics sectors. Therefore, it is time to discuss how to use these technologies in the evolution of the postal logistics platform. The purpose of this study is to explore the evolutionary direction of the postal logistics platform considering the relevant core technologies in order to properly respond to the environment of the 4th industrial revolution. To this end, key technologies were identified through trend identification and prior research review, and AHP analysis based on expert research was conducted. Through the review of business trends and prior studies, the core technologies of the postal logistics field were IoT, artificial intelligence, big data, and drones. The hierarchy of AHP analysis was utilized by three top-level items which are the criteria for evaluation such as technical attractiveness, conformity and public interest and nine lower-level items. As a result of the analysis, the relative importance of the assessment factors identified through the AHP analysis was relatively high in terms of conformity. Specifically, the contribution of universal services, conformity of capabilities, feasibility of utilization, and conformity of resources were high in order. And as a result of evaluating the priority of the 4th Industrial Revolution technology through AHP analysis, the use of big data technology showed the highest score for both internal and external experts, internal experts ranked artificial intelligence as the second priority, and external experts ranked drones as the second. Based on these findings, several implications and suggestions were put forward to effectively utilize the technology in the evolution of the postal logistics platform and air express.
