본 연구의 목적은 국내 주요 신문사(중앙지, 경제지)의 NCS(국가직무능력표준) 관련 기사들의 기사건수, 키워드 트렌드, 핵심어, 관계도 변화 등을 확인하는 것이다. 연구의 대상은 2010년 1월 1일부터 2019년 12월 31일까지(총 10년간) 중앙지, 경제지의 NCS 관련 기사들이다. 연구의 주요 연구방법론은 대표적인 뉴스 기사 빅데이터 분석 서비스인 한국언론진흥재단의 빅카인즈를 활용하여, 기사건수 및 키워드 트렌드 분석, 주요 핵심어 추출 및 관계도 변화 등을 확인하였다. 연구의 주요 결과로는 첫째, 2010-2019년 10년간 중앙지 및 경제지 신문에서 NCS 관련 기사건수는 총 8,170건이며, 2013년 이후 관련 기사건수가 늘어나다가 2015년과 2016년에 가장 많은 기사들이 보도되었다. 둘째, NCS 관련 기사들의 주요 핵심어로는 교육과정, 국가직무능력표준, 특성화, 공공기관, 산업현장, 공기업, NCS기반 교육과정, 교육부, 학습모듈, 고용노동부 등이며, 분석대상 전반기와 후반기의 관계도의 의미 있는 변화가 확인되었다. 후속연구 아이디어로는 분석대상인 기사제목 및 기사내용을 다양하고 심도 있는 네트워크 분석기법을 활용하여, 의미망 분석 연구를 진행하는 것이다.

The goal of this study is to check the number of articles, keyword trends, keywords, and relationship changes in NCS of major domestic newspapers (central and economic). The subjects of this study were NCS-related articles from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2019. The main research methodology of this study utilized the Bigkinds of the Korea Press Foundation, a representative news article big data analysis service, to analyze the number of articles and keyword trends, extract key keywords, and change relation map. The main results are as follows: First, the number of NCS-related articles in the central and economic newspapers in the 2010-2019 (10-year period) was 8,170, and the number of related articles increased since 2013, followed by the largest number of articles in 2015 and 2016. Second, the main keywords of NCS-related articles are the curriculum, national job competence standards, specialization, public institutions, industrial sites, public enterprises, NCS-based curriculum, the Ministry of Education, the learning module, and the Ministry of Employment and Labor. And, significant changes were identified. As a follow-up research idea in this study, a variety of in-depth network analysis methods are used to conduct semantic network analysis research.
