연구목적: 이 연구의 목적은 문화다양성에 대한 개념 이해와 다문화교육의 필요성이 강조되고 있는 사회 풍토를 반영한 거시적인 관점에서 문화예술교육을 통한 문화다양성 증진 교육으로 문화시민의 역량을 함양하여 서로의 다름에 대해 이해하고 인정할 수 있는 인식과 이를 토대로 다양한 문화를 수용하는 태도의 매커니즘에 대해 분석하고 제시하는데 있다. 연구방법: 이 연구방법은 체계적 문헌고찰방법을 사용하여 연구의 목적을 달성하였다. 이 연구방법은 사전에 정해진 기준에 적합한 모든 연구물과 보고서를 수집·분석하여 많은 문헌에서 제시한 방대한 결과를 질적 수준에 따른 평가 및 결론을 도출해내는 방법이다. 문헌검색, 문헌선별 및 선정, 문헌추출, 문헌분석, 분석결과 논의로 5단계로 진행되는 체계적 문헌고찰을 사용하였다. 결과: 이 연구결과는 다양한 인종, 문화, 계층, 세대, 성적 취향, 지역 간의 문화차이 등 다름과 차이를 이해하고 수용하는 태도를 함양하는 것에 많은 관심을 기울이고 있다. 주류문화와 비주류문화가 상호존중하며 공존하는데 문화다양성을 통해 문화에 대한 편견이나 고정관념 없이 어떻게 인식하고 수용하는지 알아보고자 하였다. 먼저 한국사회 내 문화다양성 인식, 국내 문화예술교육 사업, 문화다양성 인식과 수용을 위한 교육적 측면에서는 문화예술에 기반을 둔 다문화교육, 문화예술을 통한 문화다양성 교육적 의의, 문화예술교육을 통한 다문화 감수성 함양, 문화다양성을 통한 ‘다름’과 ‘다양’ 인식을 도출하였다. 결론: 문화다양성은 다문화사회의 구성원으로 살아가는데 중요하다. 서로 간의 문화적 차이가 아닌 다름을 인정하고 서로의 문화를 존중하고 배려하는 문화시민 역량이다. 문화다양성 증진을 위해 문화예술을 기반으로 하는 문화예술교육을 통해 긍정적인 교육적 효과를 가져 올 수 있다. 그리고 문화다양성 증진은 자신이 속한 문화 안에서 타문화를 올바르게 인식하게 되고 다양성을 수용함으로서 서로 간의 갈등 해결을 통해 서로 공존하며 살아가는 것이다.
Pupose: The purpose of this study is to promote cultural diversity through cultural arts education from a macroscopic point of view reflecting the social climate in which the need for multicultural education are the understanding of the concept of cultural diversity are emphasized. The purpose of this study is to analyze and present the mechanism of attitudes that can accommodate various cultures based on the perceptions that can be understood and recognized. Methods: This study method achieves the purpose of the study using a systematic literature review metho. This research method is a method of collecting and analyzing all research materials and reports that meet predetermind criteria, and deriving evaluations and conclusions according to the qualitative level of the vast results presented in many documents. Systematic literature review in five stages was used for document search, document selection and selection, document extration, document analysis, and discussion of analysis results. Result: The results of this study pay great attention to fostering an attitude of understanding and accepting differences and differences such as diversity races, cultures, classes, generations, sexual orientations, and cultural differences between regions. The mainstream and non-mainstream cultures respect and coexist, but through cultural diversity, we tried to find out how to recognize and accept without prejudice or stereotypes about culture. Conclusion: Cultural diversity is important to living as a member of a multicultural society. It is a cultural citizen’s capacity to recognize differences, respect each other’s culture, and respect each other’s culture, rather than cultural differences. In order to promote cultural diversity, it can bring positive educational effects through cultural arts education based on cultural arts. In addition, promoting cultural diversity is to recognize other cultures within their own culture and to accept diversity and coexist with each other through conflict resolution.
