세계를 휩쓸고 있는 코로나19 팬데믹(pandemic)은 안전, 비대면, 디지털의 새로운 일상(New Normal)을 촉진시켰다. 특히 코로나19 환경은 비대면의 특성상 유튜브 플랫폼을 기반으로 하는 영상설교의 공급을 교회의 필수적이며 가장 중요한 사역으로 만들었다. 그러나 그럼에도 불구하고 이러한 새로운 환경에 따른 설교적 대응은 충분히 연구되거나 다뤄지지 않은 실정이다. 교회 안에서의 현장 설교와 다른 유튜브 영상설교의 특수한 환경을 고려할 때, 설교자는 현장설교와 다른 보다 세밀한 접근이 필요하다. 이를 위해 설교자는 귀납적 접근과 회중과의 친밀성의 확보, 상호적이며 대화적인 설교, 감각적이며 시각적이며 쉬운 언어의 사용을 통해 누구에게나 들리는 온라인 설교를 지향해야 한다.

The overcoming waves of the pandemic, COVID-19, have brought us the new normal in safety, non-face-to-face communication, and digital. This crisis made online sermons through Youtube to be essential and the most important work in Church. However, even so, not enough research is put to work about preaching in this new era. When considering the difference between the live preaching in Church and Youtube preaching, the preacher must thrust to immersing preaching through inductive approaches, intimacy with the congregation, mutual and conversational sermons and the usage of sensory, and plain language.
