본 연구는 비대면 방식의 원격수업을 수행하는 성인학습자의 학습몰입 측정도구 개발과 타당화를 연구한 것이다. 학습몰입척도는 총 37문항으로 구성하여 예비조사와 본 조사를 거쳐 요인분석을 한 결과, 전체 37문항 중에서 학습몰입조건 11문항, 학습몰입경험 13문항, 학습몰입 결과 5문항인 총 29문항이 세 가지 요인(학습몰입조건, 학습몰입경험, 학습몰입결과)으로 구분되었다. 향후 연구의 제언으로는 성인 원격학습자의 자기주도적인 학습경험이 중요하므로, 자기주도성을 측정하여 학습몰입을 향상시킬 수 있는 연구들이 진행되어야 하며, 자기주도적 경험과 학습몰입조건, 학습몰입경험, 학습몰입결과와의 관계를 검증할 필요가 있다.
This study studied the development and feasibility of learning flow measurement tools for adult learners performing non-face-to-face remote classes. The learning flow scale consists of a total of 37 questions, and as a result of factor analysis through a preliminary and main survey, out of 37 questions, a total of 29 questions (11 questions for learning flow conditions, 13 questions for learning flow experience, and 5 questions for learning flow results). It was divided into three factors (learning flow condition, learning flow experience, learning flow result). As a suggestion for future research, since the self-directed learning experience of adult distance learners is important, studies that can improve learning flow by measuring self-directedness should be conducted. It is necessary to verify the relationship between self-directed experience and learning flow condition, learning flow experience, and learning flow outcome.
