The 430 questionnaires were returned(response rate 95.6%). After the data cleaning, 390 samples were used to for analysis. Before everything else, we did exploratory factor analysis. After this process, we investigate the AVE(average variance extracted), CR(construct reliability) and discriminant validity of the proposed instrument by analyzing data. And we used the AMOS structural equation modeling program to test hypotheses. Results: The results of this study are as follows: First, physiological satisfaction had positive impacts on emotional satisfaction.
