This article tries to conduct research with its period of interest limited to the times from the US military government to the foundation of the Korean government in the horizontal dimension of the history of Korean language education under its awareness of the fact that work on Korean language textbooks since the National Liberation has been an important basis for the establishment of the identity and framework of the Korean language subject under the Curriculum led by the government. Moreover, in the sense that it initiates full-scale discussion of the structuring of the current grammar knowledge system in school grammar and contrastive analysis on the side of the structuring of the knowledge of grammar with the approved and certified grammar textbooks in the period of the American military government before the unified grammar and the foundation of the Korean government as its subjects, this article takes particles, alias Josa`s in Korean, as its subjects. Also, it tries to review changes in the methods of the description of particle-related grammatical categories through the comparison of the systems and descriptive methods in the grammar textbooks at that time with those in the grammar textbooks in the 7th Curriculum period. In the practical course of analysis, of the issues of 1) the distinction between particles and endings, 2) the classification of particles, and 3) the extent of the description of particle-related grammatical knowledge, the first in turn is addressed by ramifying it into problems ‘of the category of the particles and of Case,’ ‘of the establishment of Jijeongsa ‘copula’ or Jonjaesa ‘verb of existence,’ ‘of the establishment of conjunctions,’ and ‘of the distinction between adverbial particles and conjunctive particles,’ and the third into problems ‘of the presentation of phonologically conditioned allomorphs,’ ‘of the presentation of morphologically conditioned allomorphs due to changes in honorifics and tenses,’ ‘of the description of the aspects of the combination among particles,’ ‘of the description of grammaticalization-related contents,’ and ‘of the establishment of null morphs.’ The analysis of the structure of the grammatical knowledge system related with particles in the grammar textbooks for the secondary education in the US military government period in which interest in the Korean language and grammar was extremely exalted after the National Liberation and diverse methods of the description of grammar were tried with the approval and certification system under the particular situation of the US military ruling is expected to contribute itself to the exploration of an effective structure of particle-related grammatical knowledge. Specifically, we can hope with this study to confirm the historical changes in the classification of particles, their semantic functions, explanatory methods for particles etc. Also, such exploration of the structure of the grammatical knowledge system related with particles is expected to have something to suggest to education of Korean grammar for foreigners as well as the development of grammar textbooks later and grammar for natives.

The present study aims to suggest a concept of Grammar Inquiry Task as one of the most important prerequisites that facilitate Grammar Inquiry Learning in Korean Grammar Education and to conduct a preliminary investigation of the plausible design of the Grammar Inquiry Task. Grammar Inquiry Task defines the purpose, contents, and methods of learner`s inquiry activity and guides them. This concept embraces the formality and the contents and is a whole set of information that instruct the general outline of Grammar Inquiry Activity telling “What to choose”, “How to deal with”, and “What results to get”. Therefore, in order to facilitate educational Grammar Inquiry Activity a subtle and sophisticated design of teaching is required; especially all consideration must be given to Grammatical Thinking processes that are expected for the learners to perform. Items of International Linguistics Olympiad(ILO) are analyzed. Since these items are developed to test rational and creative metal activities of the test takers setting a language as an object of investigation, the rationale and elaboration of the items can fully support the concept of appropriate base line data of the present study to examine the direction of the design of Grammar Inquiry Task. The study analyzed the items of International Linguistics Olympiad(ILO) as a representative case of Grammar Inquiry Task and reviewed ‘what grammatical thinking process is presupposed in the inquiry task’ and ‘how the real thinking process is induced.’ The final part of the study presents basic principled foundation of Grammar Inquiry Task design that will expedite Grammatical Thinking and subtly adjust and guide the thinking process.

This paper treated on a educational learner`s image who is expected at Korean education. A educational learner`s image must be explored for setting Korean educational aim. The aim of Korean education base on the educational learner`s image of Korean education. This paper discussed the educational learner`s image focused on the solving Korean educational problem. And this paper proposed ``the linguistic Subject``. This concept means the learners with positive ego, reflecting Korean language culture, doing social practices. For raising this learners, we must change our Korean classroom. And the school gives a language which activates in real life, and know-how of language practices.

The purpose of this study is to research the necessity and possibility of criticisms training of classical poetry for undergraduates of Korean education in a college of education. A common point between literary abilities and abilities of literature education, which a undergraduate student of Korean education in a college of education have to acquire, is to have a critical eye for literature. A lot of studies of the canon in classical poetry has been piled up for a long time. Undergraduate students hardly try to criticize a classical poem in a new angle. So this study suggests using post-chronological intertextuality as a new method to let them criticize classical poetry. At first undergraduate students study classical poetry. They pick up a text for something familiar with a classical poem in subject matter, structure, emotion, narrative and so on. They interpret a classical poem by comparison and contrast with a selected text. The viewpoint leads them to interpret a unfamiliar classical poem from analysis of a familiar text. The most important thing is for a learner not to complete a logical criticism but to experience criticizing classical poetry.

The thesis focuses on the negative spatiality in contemporary society, and breaking out of the cliched thinking that perceives space as a physical and objective object, aims to identify space as an organic entity that is capable of communication. Based on such a perception, the study regards space as the object of exploration for values, analyzes through individual poetic works the characteristics of various elements that constitute space, and generalizes through such an analysis the attributes of the contemporary, urban space to critique the limitations and contradictions involved in the recognition of values inherent in space. Furthermore, while believing that the contradiction involved in urban space derives from the disconnect and discrepancy among spaces, the study proposes an effective teaching method that suggests communicativeness as a solution to the issues and thereby explores the ideal type of space. While enhancing the ability to appreciate poetic works as figuration of space through identifying space as the basis for value recognition and pursuing spatiality that aims at negotiation going beyond disconnect, the study wants to encourage students to change the way they think in order to escape the spatiality as a contradiction involved in the contemporary society and realize desirable spatiality.

문화적 기억의 문학교육적 가능성

A learner carries out ``cultural activity`` in the process of acceptance and production of literature. Cultural memory is mechanism of memory which is intervened in the process of transmission and creation of culture. This aims to exploring content and method transmitted to ``now and here`` rather than investigating past fact itself. That is, a learner does not stay in learning past events as historical knowledge, but re-interpret past events from the view of present time. As it were, a learner creates present cultural meaning with a medium of text. This is the very reason why ``cultural memory`` should be introduced in literary education. This study sees that discourse of ``cultural memory`` can provide concrete method of literary education as cultural practice. Importance of a certain event is based on that the event is memorized as important fact, it gives influences on present time enough when there are continued changes. The event itself is not important. Such continuancy of memory becomes a power to maintain current community. Accordingly, this activity can be a method of literary education - the activity to investigate formation process of cultural memory with a medium of literary text and to reorganize memory based on present cultural context. This study suggested a method at the dimension of ‘to find cultural memory’, ‘to understand discourse of memory’, and ``creation of meaning of cultural memory’. A learner should be a subject to create cultural memory going beyond a subject to accept transmitted cultural memory. To do this, a learner should be equipped with ability to analyze cultural memory shown on literary text and to criticize it from meta view. And literary education should play a role to cultivate a subject to accept and create cultural memory.

What is the specific directing point of linguistic in political slogan. As a result, political slogan is arrive at new expression as change in understanding about person, policy, the spirit of the times. Use close expression consider the sense of distance with nation about the presidential candidate. Use tolerate expression about analysis-oriented policy for a majority of the people. And, use expression of devoted to national emotion about the spirit of the times of national level. In other words, this is show that change expression`s direction in parallel make full use of peculiar quality of content condition. From this point, verify directing point of linguistic Of political slogan is aim at creative change. Political slogan realize proper and new, creative change expression, measuredly naion`s view and national emotion, in parallel make full use of peculiar quality of person, policy, the spirit of the times.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation between Listening and Speaking and the Literacy and consider how to apply it to the Korean language education. In general, ``Literacy`` means the ability to read and write. However, the original meaning of Literacy has gradually expanded because of the rapid change of education environment. One of the most notable aspects of the expansion is the combination of Listening and Speaking skills with Literacy. In order to improve communication abilities, the harmony of existing Literacy and Listening-Speaking abilities, Oracy, is very important. Therefore, correlation between Literacy and Oracy was investigated for more specific analysis and the study of the Korean Language curriculum was done. In particular, the immanent meaning of Literacy in High School ``Narration`` was studied and the goal of Listening and Speaking Literacy education was suggested.

In this article, I research colonial value indoctrinated by Japanese empire in, _Jungdeunggyoyuk-Joseoneogeuphanmundokbon(中等敎育朝鮮語及漢文 讀本)_, middle-high school textbook. Superficially, many Koreans participated in the Korean spelling system and a lot of writings written by Korean literary men were quoted in textbook. But, writings quoted, were changed and selected only suiting to japanese empire`s taste. So, the substances which could influence formation of national collective memory, national discussion, were eliminated in the quotation. Travel essays written by Lee gwang soo, Hyeon jin geon, were excerpted in text book by the same way. The parts in the essays, describing misery of Joseon national, agony of country`s ruination were ignored intentionally. The true picture of rural communities as real space where majority of Koreans lived, was distorted and rural communities were described only as the romantic and pastoral places. Japanese empire impute Impoverishment of rural communities to problem of individual enthusiasm, and cooperation of rural communities. The fatal problem of textbook was to cultivate Korean students as passive being in the aesthetic consciousness.

언어 창의성 발현을 위한교육적 체계의 구성 방향

This study aims at determining the ways in which the educational system can manifest the learner`s language creativity, by examining previous scholarship on group systems as well as on specific case studies. Examining theoretical works on this topic, this study shows that the Knowledge-Evolving Systems(KES) suggested by Jungha Kang can provide for the basic outline of a creative education. Then, by examining interviews with the ‘creative groups’ involved in the ‘Chan-jik project,’ this study establishes the status of the language creativity within this overall model. As a result, this study shows that the system of creative education operates in the appearance of the ‘individual’ and ‘social’ systems being mediated through ‘reality,’ while various elements of ‘reality’ are combined through ‘task.’ This conclusion is analogous to the ways in which the systems of ‘learner’, ‘instructor,’ and ‘activities’ operate in the education field. Seen this way, the language creativity assumes its status as the domain-universal tool of the entire system, as well as a problem of the domain-special.
