Since 2008 the history increased the probability of record as a failed model about neo-liberalism. Becaus growth(markets)-oriented solo lead of capitalism pushed people who excluded from the winner-takes-all`s society to the situation of serious poverty. Indeed the financial crisis of 2008 was the climax of market`s greed and failure. Japan & japanese which are uncomfortable with the neo-liberalism system was also shocked the crisis. The dissonance of neo-liberalism may be a bigger than any other country. Therefore walkover and blind faith about neo-liberalism took on the brakes. Especially his is not a just track leave of orbit but demands of new paradigm`s adoption. In other words, this lead to a provision of alternative model which control after the era of neo-liberalism. Recently the variety of alternative models are discussed in Japan. First is a modified neo-liberalism that prefer to keep a market-oriented system and revise market failure. Secondly, adaption to the japanese traditional economic system that is revised along to the nowadays. Lastly, north european model which is divided the British model(The third way) seeking social investment state and the dynan1ic Nordic model based on social democratic welfare. The common denominator within these alternative model is all control system of the market`s greed & failure. At the same time these have also difference thing. These are depended on the point line of control level between growth & distribution, market & government, individual & society. Furthermore there are not a consensus on control level. For that reason the discourse of alternative models and pursuit direction in Japan is in a state of confusion because of barriers to each models. Therefore the establishment of new model will be a very hard and difficult way certainly.

This research alms at examining the change in the paradigm of the Japanese style of accounting model that has been developed since Meiji era, and suggesting Japan`s strategies in relation to the introduction of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the controversial issue nowadays. As for the research method, the history of Japanese accounting, celebrating the 117th year after the introduction of bookkeeping by double entry, was divided into four periods and their characteristics were studied, and the results were as follows. First, at the early days of Meiji, Fukuzawa Yukichi`s 「Jyogounohou」 and Allan Shand`s 「Guidance to Bank Bookkeeping」 (893) were published as the first books on American and English style of bookkeeping, but as the continental (German) style of commercial law was legislated on the foundation made by Roesler, the accounting model of triangle system was formed. Second, after the war, conglomerates were abolished by the occupation policy of GHQ, and the era of enterprise accounting principles began influenced by an American system, but the increase of the accounting practice putting emphasis on the investment into facilities and accumulation of capital opened the way to reconstruction. Third, along with the high growth of the economy, Japanese style of administration (superiority of indirect financing, possession of stocks and mutual funds, and a main bank system) emerged, and the new attempt was made to find a Japanese style of accounting model (gradual, function to mediate interests, and historical production cost model). Fourth, as financial transformations were carried out after the collapse of bubble economy and the introduction of IFRS became an international issue, Accounting Standards Board of Japan (ASBJ) has legislated 23 accounting standards till 2010, and completed the convergence (1st stage) with IFRS. In addition, it announced an interim report that it would consider a full-scale adoption of IFRS in 2014. Japan has jumped up to be the second best capital market and GDP country in the world in a short time after its defeat. The contribution of Japanese accounting to it cannot be denied. Japan has shown the trend to add continental style of commercial laws as well as American and British styles of bookkeeping by double entry and GHQ to its principles of enterprise accounting, and to pursue the paradigm of change based on the logic that it can accept itself. The paradigm is recently being demanded to change itself with the introduction of IFRS al1ead, and the development of the situation is being watched with keen interest.

The economic relation of korea and Japan has developed from dependent pattern to interdependent or competitive one under the changes of economic surroundings. In this paper, we addresses the economic relation for 65 years after the Second World War, with aim to prospect for future cooperation pattern between the too. The study focuses on identifying Japan`s role on the economic growth or fluctuation of Korea, and on reverse pattern. The result can be summarized a follows: First, the volume of Korea-Japan trade increased dramatically. We can, however, witness that Japan`s weight in total Korean trade and Korea`s weight in Japan also are decreasing. Besides China`s economic growth, the diffusion of international production division in underdeveloped countries in Asia mainly comes to have the two economies being non-dependency. Second, Characteristics in Korea-Japan economic relation for 65 years can be summarized: 1) Japan as an external economy in Korea`s economic growth and export increase to Japan, 2) Japan`s non-tariff barriers and Korea`s sluggish exports to Japan, 3) Korea as an indirect export of Japan, 4) The closure of the Japan`s dome tic market and deepening competitive industrial structure of the two economies, 5) The relative collapse balance of the two in the volume of trade, 6) The excessive competition structure in overseas markets and the deterioration of terms of trade. Third, the study intend to highlight the closure of Japanese market as one of overlooked factors why the economic relation developed to be competitive. This gradual transformation has the possibility to bring overcompetition and welfare loss eventually. We might prospect the transnational corporative competition among companies in both countries, accelerated by IT A.

This research, by introducing the Gravity Model for researching types and characteristics of international trade, has been developed with an emphasis on empirical analysis for the impact of bilateral trade that economic region cooperation between Korea and Japan would bring. In the results of analysis, at first, there is no interrelationship between regional economic and population-specific import and export of economic region between Korea and Japan, and intercity distance between the two countries also doesn`t cause effect of bilateral trade for the regions of two countries. However, the more manufacturing establishments of small business between two countries, the more specific trade of economic region cooperation between two countries increase. Therefore, it is important to expand small manufacturing businesses in order to expand bilateral trade. Whether Export Helpdesk is present or not is such a big impact on bilateral trade that regional economies in Korea as well as local government need positively to consider malting or expanding of Policy advocacy system.

This study has analysed the process and KSFs of entry to Japanese Wi-Max device market b. Korean manufacturer of Wi-Max device, Modacom and Japanese strategic alliance partner, Shinsei Corporation a trading company specialized in IT products. Modacom had experienced the risk of obsolescence of its Wi-Max products when Korean Wi-Max communication service market have failed to grow to the expected size and speed. With substantial amount of R&D resources invested already, Modacom turned their attention to Japanese market based on the judgment that Wi-Max communication service will be commercially launched in Japan. To compliment its relatively weak local market-sensing capability and marketing management capability, common problems with mid-sized companies trying to enter a foreign market, Modacom have chosen Shinsei Corporation as its strategic alliance partner. A successful strategic alliance between two companies has brought a surprising 80% M/S in Japanese market. The KSFs in this successful market entry could be attributed to a synergy created by Modacom`s technology and design capabilities and Shinsei Corporation`s marketing capability. Modacom is trying to extend its market presence in China, USA, India and Malaysia based on its success experiences in Japan. Modacom case could be used as a new model for market entry strategy to Japanese market for damestic mid-sized IT companies with high level of technology but not with marketing capability in local market.

Second, the government needs to support SMEs more than large firms for the training programs.
