산업용 윤활유의 고장분석 및 가속수명시험

This paper presents the failure analyses of an industrial lubricant used for heavy construction equipments and an accelerated life test for the occurrence of sludge. Failure modes and mechanisms of the lubricant are analyzed from field test sample. For typical failure mode `sludge`, an accelerated life test is performed at higher than usual temperatures. Activation energy, acceleration factor, and equivalent lubricant temperature corresponding to field use are estimated by assuming Weibull lifetime distribution and Arrhenius life-stress relationship and by using Wei-Bayes approach.

This paper is concerned with the maintainability task selection procedure and the test methods for maintainability verification. Two basic approaches, stratification and simple random sampling, are introduced and illustrated through an example. Also suggested and illustrated are test methods for the mean corrective/predictive maintenance time as well as the mean corrective/predictive maintenance time and the maximum value of a percentile of maintenance time. This paper is expected to contribute to the understanding of domestic enterprises for the maintainability verification concept and test methods.

This study investigated the current situation of domestic extinguishment system of forest fire and compared it with forest fire prevention and extinguishment system of advanced countries to present an improved extinguishment system. Following is the improvement plan. First, the command system should be unified. Third, currently rising mobile water mist equipment should be introduced. Second, the standard of penalizations for incendiary or accidental firer should be reinforced as efforts for forest fire prevention. Lastly, specialty extinguishment member of forest fire should be trained to make the extinguishment work efficient.

리튬이온전지의 열화데이터 분석

This paper presents the degradation data analysis on a lithium ion battery. Electric charge and discharge test are performed for 8 samples, and their capacitances are measured repeatedly at prespecified times. From the capacitance-time graph, it is shown that the capacitance is decreasing over time. For each specimen, the degradation model minimizing mean square error is selected among linear, exponential, logarithm, and power models, and the failure time at which the capacitance leads to a critical value is predicted from the model. Through goodness-of-fit tests, we have assumed that the failure times follow lognormal distribution, and estimated reliability measures of the lithium ion battery.

A life cycle costing that incorporates the effects of environment is essential to support the design decisions required during today`s product or system developments. This study addresses the important issues and application procedures of LCC(life-cycle costing) encountered during new product or system developments. "CAIV(Cost As an Independent Variable)" initiative being promoted by the Department of Defense in US to shorten the system development cycle provides an effective model demonstrating how to accelerate the design iterations that involves trade-offs between technical performance and cost parameters. This paper describes the development of a LCC tool based-on ABC(Activity Based Costing) approach to enable the extension of the benefits of CAIV concepts to commercial applications. The tool adopts an dbject-oriented software structure and utilizes the Unifies Modelling Language(UML) for modelling the architecture.

In industrial applications, most products have various quality characteristics of two different types; one is attribute and the other is variable. This paper deals with a rework process where the target product has both attribute and variable characteristics. An economic model is developed on the basis of cost and yield for the manufacturing and rework processes. Also a field example is provided with some discussions.

In this paper, the subjective degrees of physical activity based on heart rate(HR) were examined. In order to evaluate the difference of subjective degrees of physical activity with AIHA(American Industrial Hygiene Association), two groups of subjects were recruited from assembly workers and football players as university students and they were instructed to run on a treadmill at different speeds. Restricted within the limit of this experiment, we gained such results that the subjective degrees of physical activity represented as adjective and heart rate in this study is different from that of AIHA bases.

This paper carries out an analysis of important factors such as technology management capability of small and medium sized companies on the basis of preceding studies. The technology management capability is again analyzed to examine its relationship with characteristics of top management. In this way, a focus is laid on investigating the effects of technology management capability on technology renovation and management performances of small and medium sized companies. The results of the study may be summed up as follows: First, the factor analysis showed that characteristics of top management of small and medium sized companies have influence on the factors of technology renovation management, technical human resources management, technical asset management and technical cooperation management. Second, the analysis into technical management capability of small and medium sized companies indicated that their management performance is affected by the level of their technical management capability. Third, the technology management capability of small and medium-sized companies is found to have impact on their performance of technical renovation.

The recent buildings considered disgrace of people`s evacuation action and lay evacuation plan. But, function becomes various and complexation because is done itself calamity factor become. Damage of fire is increasing gradually by this result. Specially, because structural problem in that use evacuation utensil according as high building increases and problem of 2 directions blood stove security are risen, is real condition that person`s name evacuation utensil of new form is necessary. Is that present method to minimize form presentation and a loss of lives of hereafter person`s name evacuation equipment investigating person`s name evacuation equipment (the Life Saving Implement) in the building by substantial plan of 2 directions evacuation path security about high building evacuation plan analyzing existent evacuation utensil`s problem by high building in this treatise.
