포토공정에서의 설비 운용 시간 분석에 관한 연구

Main photo processes are related with track equipment and stepper of in-line type in the display manufacturing. Productivity is decreasing due to unplanned tasks of photo process equipment. Photo equipment is recording the operating situations using computer systems. Based on the record, equipment operation time was divided into real operating time and downtime of the equipment. The downtime was also classified by the characteristics of the down time. The causes and counter measures for the down time were proposed. This paper may contribute on the improvement of productivity of the photo processes.

This study looked about current standard and problems for existing public use businesses and new kind ones, compared and analyzed domestic and foreign safety standard of public use business, established an efficient basic plan for safety management, and by making a fire reduction measurement and investigating & analyzing related laws of domestic and foreign public use, investigated problems in fire safety laws and analyzed what the problems to continuously increase occurrences of large-scale fires and damages of life are. This paper proposes methods to improve safety management to problems including construction for safety and management structure, clarification for selecting persons in charge of safety management, effective execution of fire safety education and an environmental improvement for rescue and evacuation of public use business.

The goal of this study is to propose the effective method of investigating the injurious factors and making improvement plans that prevents the workers against musculoskeletal disorders at metal product companies and the same business field with similar working conditions and process. A questionnaire were adopted to analyze the symptoms of workers` musculoskeletal disorders, and an ergonomic assessment method such as RULA, OWAS were performed to find out harmful factors of workplace and working posture. Based on the result of the evaluation, to enhance the working environment, improvement of worktable, working space, tools, and outfit was suggested, and induction of mechanical system was also suggested. It can be concluded that the method and process described in this paper could be helpful for diagnosing the musculoskeletal disorders and making improvement plans to the metal product companies and the same business field with similar working conditions and process.

반도체기업에서의 품질경영시스템의 성숙도 평가 모형

This paper proposes a model to evaluate the maturity level of quality management system of semiconductor companies. We classify the maturity level into 5 stages: initial, forming, storming, performing and mature stage. To evaluate the maturity level, 10 categories of quality management with 3 or 4 factors each are identified: management leadership, strategy planning, business process improvement, customer & market, corporate quality culture, product design & development, mfg. process control, human resource, supplier control, implementation performance. Scoring 224 items in total, the value of each factor is evaluated by weighted average of those items. Maturity level is appraised by rating the sum of scores of 10 categories that are obtained by summing up the values of those 3 or 4 factors. Values of weights and criteria of rating maturity level are determined by analyzing 7 companies. This study shows the actual evaluate results of some companies.

This paper, at the result for test to find singularity on identifying melting cause of short from folding by physical external force to happen in the midst of using cord, can recognize that in case of short circuit by folding of cord, there is a formal difference among characteristics which cutting part within component wire accords with part of short circuit, fusion mark of external fire heat in the condition of power authorization and fusion mark in the condition of power unauthorization, in the condition of power authorization, component wire does not have component wire and only fusion mark is recognized and in the condition of power unauthorization, only lump of fusion is recognized.

골분구슬 제조 장치에 관한 연구

This paper deals with the equipment which make the bead of bone meal. After a dead person is cremated, bone meal can be melted and manufactured into a bead shape. Heatproof hearth of ceramics is made such that a negative electrode is on the bottom and a positive one is placed on the upside. The gas supply pipe is attached to the side of dual electrode connecting to electricity. The ashes is supplied to the heatproof hearth and melted bone meal is exhausted to outflow hole through the falling hole. The titanium rotary manufacture the bead using the melted bone meal dropped from falling hole. The seeing through pipe equipped with optical lens is added on the upper side of hearth.

Today, business firms in many countries in the world have been being in economically difficult environment caused from sub-prime mortgage in the U.S. and they have been looking for and advancing new growth engines for future industry development. Under the recognition that one of important strategies for the sustainable development of business firms is quality innovation and improvement, this paper studies whether quality management activities are differentiated according to member`s characteristics and business organization`s characteristics and whether those characteristics impact on customer satisfaction, profitability, etc. By questionnaire survey and hypothesis testing, we found statistically significant relations between various related variates. As the results, important factors are shown that influence customer increase/satisfaction and profitability of business organization, and they are recommend to be applied.

창고시스템에서 보관공간의 크기의 수의 결정

This paper addresses the determination of the size of storage bins in a warehouse system and the number of storage bins of each size. The sizes of products that are stored in the warehouse are diverse and different according to the products. The warehouse needs several size types of storage bins to store products that are different in size. The maximum inventory amount of each product size type is normally distributed with known mean and variance. The size and the number of storage bins that minimize the total cubic size of storage bins in the warehouse have to be determined. The problem is analyzed and a mathematical model is formulated. And a dynamic programming algorithm is developed. A numerical example is shown to explain the algorithm.

수주 기반 생산 중소기업의 제조 실행 시스템(MES) 개발에 관한 연구

In this paper, we develop the manufacturing execution system (MES) software for order based production system, especially small and medium-sized enterprises. Manufacturing Execution Systems are an essential component of operations in today`s competitive business environments, which require greater production efficiency and effectiveness. Manufacturing execution system (MES) software is used to manage and monitor work-in-process on the factory floor. Presented in this paper consisted of two parts. First, analysis of requirements and problem solving scheme for order based production system, especially small and medium-sized enterprises. Second, describing MES software which is designed to improve asset productivity, reduce order-to-ship times, and eliminate costly rework. Developed MES software is composed of Document Control, Operations/Detail Scheduling, Resource Allocation, Process Management, Quality Management and Maintenance Management. Also, MES software is applied to a typical order based production enterprise in the Shihwa Industry Complex, proved itself to be useful.

유리강화 방법에 관한 연구 -판유리를 중심으로

Tempered glass plates are used when strength, thermal resistance and safety are significant considerations, and especially the method of manufacturing thin-plate glass having a good quality with a high mass productivity is more important as the micro business industries-solar panel, generation, silicon wafer, precision lens, etc. -are growing rapidly. This study proposed practical and effective chemical process-based manufacturing method that provides the furnace with co-function of preheating and annealing, on top of the molten salt stainless-bath. Low energy and short-time flow can be obtained by our proposed approach, while preserving good quality and a high mass productivity. In addition, our sample experiment shows that applying method is far superior to normal physical-or thermal-strengthened way.
