디스플레이에서의 플렉시블 기판에 대한 공정기술 개발

Flexible plastic substrates are so light and thin that they can be cost effective since they allowed modules to be minimized and light weighted. They are also very effective in fabrication curved surface as well. Plastic substrates were prepared to fabrication flexible display panels using polyimide. Then a processing route including cleaning, Hexamethyldisilazane (HMDS), coating, vacuum drying and baking, was applied before the flexible substrate coating. Real product of flexible substrates was fabricated by applying a new annealing technology. A processing technology and necessary process were introduced for fabrication flexible substrate in this study.

전사적 프로젝트경영을 위한 건설 프로젝트관리 성숙도 모델(CPM3)개발에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is focused on developing a CPM3(Construction Project Management Maturity Model) in order to resolve the issues resulted from OPM3`s application to the construction project. The CPM3 is designed to evaluate not only technical competences represented by process but also behavioral competences and contextual competences. Prior to the development of new model, the opinions of the experts were surveyed in the manner of Delphi method to verify the applicability of the concept of this study. The applicability of the evaluation components were analyzed through the comparison with CME of USACE, the premier public construction organization in the world, and CM Evaluation Act of ROK Government. The theoretic backgrounds of the model are as follows: CMBOK (Construction Management Body of Knowledge) of CMAA(Construction Management Association of America) and PMBP(Project Management Business Process), an innovative way of USACE were benchmarked as the standard of technical process.

For relatively large loads requiredprecise and automatic control, the hydraulic servo system is used. It has many difficulties to determine the cause of failures in the system because electrical controls and mechanical components are interconnected with a complexity. And ensuring reliable hydraulic servo valves to critical equipment is vital to the operation of many industrial, commercial, and military facilities. Despite of the importance of reliability and maintainability, it is impossible to perform actual testing on the system in general. In this paper, the reliability analysis model on the hydraulic servo valve are suggested based on the reliability of individual components which came from fault tree analysis especially if there are no reliability data like past or supplier`s data. The data and methodology presented here are very useful in determining the site reliability or availability.

At this research, automobile MPG (Miles Per Gallon) forecasting model developed through multiple linear regression and artificial neural network. Mahalanobis Distance(MD) outlier detection method used for the purpose increase forecasting ability of mathematical model. The detailed procedures described for calculating MD. The effects of outlier are compared with different data size for neural network training. MD outlier detection method successfully removed existence of outlier and improved the neural network training results and MPG estimating performance.

The efforts and study to improve the problems to the automatic fire detection system in Korea continues now. This study, by comparing and analyzing the standard of the automatic fire detection system in Korea and Japan, presents the improvements to limit an installation of analog type detector among projected beam type smoke detector and air sampling-type detector at more than 20m for the attachment height, recommend on installing the control panel of P-type third degree in the individual house and the apartment house, revise that the manual fire alarm box and sound equipment shall be installed satisfied with both of below 25m of horizontal distance and 50m of walking distance, introduce sound alarm type at the large buildings and correct the transmission and distribution of electricity type into two wire detector among the terms on wiring.

Many consulting firms use Process Innovation (PI) techniques with re-composing and analyzing of business process. However, companies which receive consulting of process innovation don`t like to change their own methods of business process. This study is focused on the manufacturing company which is producing products like sets, parts and equipments. This study proposes the step of process innovation with manufacturing framework techniques. It will be able to minimize the negative effect which in order to use familiar 6 sigma techniques from the manufacturing execution system.

The human auditory sense of sound is not equal to all frequencies of sound. Naturally, the sense is more sensitive to higher frequencies of sound than that of lower frequencies. In addition to the above fact, it is well known that the performance of human motor activity is rarely impaired by the auditory noise. Take the above point into consideration, in this paper, we discuss the subject that white noise with high frequencies affects to the subjective whole-body motion intensity through an experimental test. In order to measure an intensity of subjective whole-body motion, in the experimental test, Borg-RPE(rating of perceived exertion) scale and tread-mill as experimental equipment are used. Through the experimental test, we had drawn a conclusion that white noise with high frequencies affects to the motor performance of whole-body motion.

Despite the low loss level and high productivity, the accurate manufacturing conditions are required for the automated imprints. This paper deals with the average height of surface for the chemical treatment of imprints. The samples of sections of imprints are collected and measure the intensity of illumination. The samples are deposited in the chemically treated devices under the experimentally designed conditions. The difference of illumination between before and after the chemical treatment is measured. The statistical analysis shows the causal relationship between the chemical treatment and the roughness processed. This paper deals with major defects and improvements as well as the classification and condition of imprint manufacturing. Since the imprint manufacturing could attain low loss level and high productivity, the demand of accurate manufacturing would be increased according to the trend of factory automation. Considering these the practical merits, the growth and improvement of imprint manufacturing is expected.

In this paper, we analyze the patents trends in LED general lighting through patents analysis in the area of worldwide LED general lighting industry. The correlation between the number of patent application and applicant has been analyzed by quantitative analysis according to its application year, country and core technology, and then the technology maturity has been presented. Futhermore, the technical levels and technological edges of invested countries(Korea, US, Japan, Europe) have been quantitatively estimated base on share, citation index and impact factor of patent. Finally, we show the patent network related to the technical components through the in-depth analysis, and summarized the bibliography and right scope of representative patent.

The procurement and maintenance of equipments are important for higher productivity. An equipment can have several grades according to its performance or efficiency, thus we judge the grade of the equipment to be low to high. Sometimes, the judgement can not be correct. This paper presents the inference about the posterior probability that an equipment is in one grade under the condition that it was previously judged to be in another grade, and gives an related example. Using this inference idea, productivity enhancement can be possible through the concept of more exact judgement on better equipments.
