산업용 대형 정밀 Handling Robot의 윤활4적분에 관한 실증적 방법에 대한 연구 -4적분: 적유, 적기, 적법, 적량

Since modernized production systems consist of automated equipments, any failure of equipments may cause serious problems on the shop floor. Especially in the electronics industry, the product life cycle is getting shorter and the reduction of product delivery time is becoming more crucial for a company to survive in the marketplace. This paper proposes a methodology for the efficient maintenance of industrial robots. In terms of the lubrication, we identified three maintenance factors of industrial robots; 1) the clefts of the decelerator; 2) excessive alien metallic substances on the U-axis, and 3) excessively long lubrication period. Based on the three factors, the proposed methodology is able to figure out the original reasons of failure as well as the solutions.

This study provides the factors to increase efficiency in management of company qualification system through analysis of correlation among factors which actually affect on quality improvement. Through analysis of correlation among some variables, it is to find the factors that affect the quality and also provides efficient way of reducing defect in customer`s side. The correct direction about qualification certification program is proposed in order to decrease ration of customer nonconformity rates.

The paradigm change in IT(Information Technology) industry happens very fast from ten to two years. In this fast changing environment, many enterprises focus on human resources to make them selfmotivated in catching up new technologies. PLCs (Programmable Logic Controller) are at present the basic and universal tool for the automation of manufacturing processes in various industries. However, the education process of PLC programming is not clear enough to train PLC engineers effectively. The essential requirement of PLC programming is knowledge of the process-control algorithm that provides a basis for writing an application in controller`s programming language. This paper proposes an approach to remove all potential errors of control programs by analyzing the behavior of manufacturing devices on a shop floor. The proposed approach has been applied for real cases and the benefits are also provided.

In this paper, a software release model is presented to determine the optimum testing time with consideration of software error type. The software errors are classified into two types, major and minor errors. The software testing is continued until the Nth major error is discovered and corrected. The total cost needed before and after testing time is modeled under nonhomogeneous Poisson error correction model. Numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the results.

This paper addresses capacity expansion planning model of distribution center with expansion size constraints. For discrete and finite time periods, demands for distribution center increase dynamically. The capacity expansion planning is to determine the capacity expansion size of private distribution center with expansion size constraints for each period through the time periods. The usability of public distribution center is considered strategically for capacity expansion of distribution center to minimize the costs. The cost factors are capacity expansion cost and excess capacity holding cost of private distribution center, and usage cost of public distribution center. Capacity expansion planning of minimizing the total cost is mathematically modelled. The properties of optimal solution are characterized and a dynamic programming algorithm is developed. A numerical example is shown to explain the problem.

In this study, EEG and muscle activity of 10 university students were measured for 2 minutes at environmental test room of temperature 25[℃], relative humidity 50[RH%], luminance 1,000[lux] and air velocity 0.02[m/sec] when they were closed eye, looking forest picture and looking city picture. α wave generating in the time of relax and comfortable more activated, and high β wave generating in the time of tension and unrest more decreased when subjects saw forest picture then city picture. Also it could suppose that forest picture increase stability of a mental state according to balance of left and right brain was increased when subjects saw forest picture.

The objective of this study is to develop an efficient and practical real-time fault detection and prognostic system framework which is providing consistent useful information from sensed operating condition information. This system framework uses ideas combining expert knowledge that supplied by expert or experienced worker, resultant expert system database, real-time sensor information and fuzzy inference as the way to improve the performance of prognostic ability of proposed RFDPS system. The RFDPS model consists of four parts; embedded devide hardware part related to sensor, fuzzy inference/experts system part for describing uncertain status by fuzzying sensor signal, software part and database part for prognosis of quality condition monitoring on injection molding machines.

Government need to support driving bodies of Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement in the companies fully for them to carry forward their actions aggressively. Through these kinds of effort, status of quality management technology about Single PPM will be reestablished, transformed to an equivalent international certification competitive system. Such efforts needed to be effective and practical application and realization of mutual cooperation relationship between large companies and small to medium sized industries.

엑셀 스프레드쉬트를 활용한 신뢰도 예측 시뮬레이션 모델

This paper presents a spreadsheet-based reliability prediction simulation framework for the conceptual product design stage to acquire system reliability information in timely manner. During early stage, reliability performance deals with both known and unknown failure rates and component-level and subsystem-level failure estimate to predict system reliability. A technique for performing Monte-Carlo simulation using Excel spreadsheet has been developed under the such circumstances. The Functional Reliability Block Diagram (RBD) of the system under investigation is first transformed into a table in an Excel Spreadsheet. Each cell within the table corresponds to a specific block in the RBD. The Excel pseudo random number generator is used to simulate failure times of individual components or subsystems in the system. Excel function formulars for failure times entered into these cells are in accordance with the failure time distribution of the corresponding block. For unknown component failure rates, triangular probability distributions are used. Logical expressions are then used to determine system success or failure. Excel`s macro feature enables repetition of the scenario thousands of times while automatically recording the failure data. Excel`s easy graphical capabilities are later used for plotting the diverse reliability performance measures such as PDF and CDF of the overall system. This paper also discuss the results obtainable from this method such as reliability estimate, mean and variance of failures and confidence intervals. The resultant of this reliability prediction system is mainly benefitting small and medium-sized enterprise`s field engineers.

2000cc 승용차에서 운전좌석에 대한 체압분포의 평가

The design of driver seat cushion is very important in order to prevent accident and backache. Appropriate seat cushion should be made to distribute the contact pressure evenly and reduce the peak pressure and the high contact pressure area. This paper proposes the analytical method and statistical testing to evaluate pressure distribution of frontal driver seat cushion on 2000cc automobiles. In this paper, TACTILUS Mat-Type was used to measure the pressure distribution of driver seat cushion and selected 15 healthy persons and 4 automobiles. Therefore, pressure distribution of 1 frontal driver seat cushion among 4 pressure distributions was proved not suitable driver seat cushion. Finally, the result of this paper will provide major information for suitable design and analytical method of frontal driver seat cushion on 2000cc automobiles.
