기관사 신체특성을 고려한 철도차량 운전실 설계

The ergonomic design approaches are not sufficient on the railway system especially on the locomotives` cab in Korea. Moreover, the specifications on the design are not provided as a legal condition. In this study, the domestic driver`s anthropometirc characterics were compared against the UIC`s design criteria used in the cab design. The problems come from drivers` physical characteristics are verified with the rolling stock running in Korea meeting the visibility and operability of the UIC`s. These studies including environmental factors (air conditioning, noise, vibration, control desk layout, seats etc.) are useful on estabilishing the design specification of the driver`s cab.

One of the main tools of the Toyota Production System(TPS) is Kanban system for Just-In-Time(JIT) production, in which each process produces only what is needed by the following process. Kanban is a well-known visualization tool which indicates which item, when, and how many to produce. Although Kanban system was introduced in Korea as early as 1980s, currently it is not widely used in Korean industry, partly because detailed procedure of its implementation has not been released to the practitioners. This paper aims to provide such a practical knowledge about how to implement the Kanban-based production systems, by explaining its details systematically; and introducing the case of automobile door sash manufacturer in Korea.

This paper presents a method for calculating the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), which is one of the most effective key performance indicator (KPI) to measure the productivity and quality levels of an equip- ment-centric manufacturing company. OEE is the most representative time-related KPI. For ease of measurement, OEE is calculated on the basis of the quantity of the processing materials and theoretical cycle time instead of using time-related sub-indicators. Hence, setting up theoretical cycle times is the most important aspect of the OEE measurement. Although processing materials and methods are very important in setting up a cycle time, they have not been extensively considered for setting up theoretical cycle times in previous research. Through an analysis of actual cycle times from real data, this paper shows that the relationship between the processing materials and methods and the theoretical cycle times is significant. Accordingly, this paper proposes that the theoretical cycle times can be determined on the basis of manufacturing item groups, which are classified as processing materials and methods. This paper also shows that there is a marked difference between the results of the OEE measured by the existing method and the proposed one. The proposed method will be helpful in measuring the performance of real manufacturing fields clearly and will be widely applicable to various industries.

The MI(Mineral Insulated) cable is used for instrumentation of the nuclear fuel and material irradiation in the fuel test rig assembly due to its high electrical insulation, heat resistance and mechanical strength. During the installation of the instruments, if the MI cable is damaged by an inadvertent impact, it should be recovered with simple operation because it is difficult to change the sensors (T.C, LVDT and SPND etc.) and MI cables. In this sturdy, a new recovery method of the MI cable has been developed with several tests and verified its validity. Recovery process of the MI cable consists of removal process of the sheath of MI cable, joining process of the signal wires and recovery process of the sheath with a bushing. The validity of the proposed technique has been verified with insulation test.

인터넷 쇼핑몰입이 고객만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

정보통신 서비스 환경은 디지털 기술의 발달로 많은 발전 및 변화를 겪고 있다. 인터넷 사용인구가 크게 증가함에 따라 다양한 욕구를 가진 이용자와 더불어 인터넷을 통한 다양한 형태의 정보서비스 제공이 가능해짐에 따라 인터넷을 통한 전자상거래 서비스가 도입되어 전반적으로 확산되고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 인터넷은 전 세계적 연결성, 탄력적인 정보공유, 낮은 거래비용 등의 기회를 제공하며 전자상거래의 성장 및 발전에 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전자상거래의 대표적인 형태인 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 통해 사용자 몰입과 고객만족간의 영향관계를 살펴보고 결과변수인 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 가설검정 결과에 따르면 사용자 몰입은 사용자의 전반적인 이용상 만족과 개인적인 만족 모두에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고 사용자의 전반적인 이용상의 만족과 개인적인 만족의 고객충성도에 대한 영향관계를 분석한 결과 사용자의 전반적인 만족만이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

For decades, the Lean principles and practices was known only to specialized manufacturers and consultants. The Toyota Production System(TPS) was incubator where the methods, tools, and techniques of Lean were pioneered and refined. As Lean has evolved out of the former incarnations of continuous-improvement initiatives, the Value Stream Map(VSM) has moved to center stage. The Value Stream Map, combined with Kaizen, forms the heart of the continuous-improvement part of Lean. In this paper, we develop how the Value Stream Map is applied in semiconductor industries. That is, we show what the elements of a VSM are, how to construct a current state map and a future map in semiconduct back end process.

스프래쉬 믹서를 가진 LPG탱크에서rollover현상 예측에 관한 수치해석적 연구

In this paper, the mixing performance of a Liquefied Petroleum Gas tank with splash mixer has been investigated for three cases by computational fluid dynamics. It has been found that the view of circulation pump capacity varying of 240m3/h and 350m3/h, they show also a little bit disproportion initially but come to be uniform as time has passed. As circulation pump capacity increases, it shows little disproportion and improved flow distribution. As a result of the standard deviation toward concentration, all case shows the tendency of being stable after 200,000 seconds although their deviation are some large initially. And also, its mixture rate in case of 350m3/h is come to be stable faster slightly than 240m3/h. In conclusion of our simulation results, they can show good performance in all case respectively.

배관방식에 따른 스프링클러 설비의 유량분배 특성에 관한 수치해석적 연구

The flow distribution characteristics in piping arrangements of sprinkler system have been investigated in this paper by the numerical simulation. While the exit flow rates of loop type piping arrangements predicted by the three-dimensional CFD calculation and those given by the design flow rate show a close agreement, the results of the general type piping arrangement are found to differ from the design flow rate by -19.1% to 27.3% for the various exits. These discrepancies may be attributed to the underlying limitation concerning the fitting loss coefficients, which assume that the flow in front of the fittings is fully developed. Consequently, loop type piping arrangement of sprinkler system must be selected in order that the flow rate may be balanced.

Suggestion is a methodology to make and provide ideas which can be reflected at the company. Additionally, Suggestion system is a communication tools which can be used to suggest creative ideas from each worker to upper hierarchy of the company for better work improvement. The previous researches had delt with efficient mechanism and worker participation in the suggestion system. In this paper propose a methodology to forecast the result of suggestion activities using linear regression model. The purpose of this research has suggest a methodology which can be explained between suggestion compensation and cost reduction in suggestion activities. Also, the result of research which can be used by a CEO at a company.

운영전략을 고려한 수직 배치형 컨테이너 터미널의 생산성 분석에 관한 연구

The productivity of a container terminal is very dependent on its operational strategy. Supposing a container terminal with a perpendicular layout, this study analyses its performance using the simulation model, that considers the characteristics of a transportation system and operational strategies. Simulation experiments show that the distributed allocation strategy of storage space for a ship reduces traffic congestion during a ship operation and balances the load of yard handling equipments.
