중소제조기업의 경영 구조 분석 절차 연구

Because it is unable to be systematic and it progresses the management diagnosis in comparison with the large enterprise periodically, most of our country, small and medium companies, does not correspond to the suddenly change environment agilely. Small and medium companies have a lot of places where the company culture is not settled in comparison with the large enterprise and the employees of satisfaction are low. This research analyzes the manufacturing job process based on the systematic management consulting for small and medium factories and draws the execution subject for the improvement of productive capacity and management efficiency. The investigation is classified as the job process, management control, organizational culture and the work satisfaction. The research is targeted company installs against small and medium manufacturer of the Gumi area of Gyeong Sang Buk Do Province. The high level of process can be redesigned. And the inefficiency of the category of manufacture and waste is removed through the management diagnosis procedure of presenting in this research, the production system construction, which is suitable and promoted for the company manufacture business and many contributions seem to be protected.

몸통 굽힘자세에 대한 근육활동량에 관한 연구

When applying various evaluation tools that analyze work posture risk through observation, accurate measurement of body flexion angle is very important. This study is to investigate differences of flexion angle at reference positions of 6 participants in the same work posture. Six types of trunk flexion postures(0°, 15°, 20°, 30°, 45°, 60°) were constructed using the Poser 6.0 program. Electromyo- graphy(L3/L4 elector spine left, right) for trunk flexion was determined. As a results, muscle activation revealed no significant differences between male and female, but the most significant differences in trunk flexion angle are seen. In general, the muscle activities of the elector spine increased significantly as the trunk angle increased. In this study, however, the muscle activities was lower in the trunk flexion angle 60°than 30°and 45°. Thus, performing the practical and various study for the trunk flexion angle is re quired for the accurate analysis of working postures.\

To analyze the cost effectiveness of GHG mitigation technologies for the participation enlargement of the voluntary GHG reduction project in korea, this study made use of the KVER(Korea Voluntary Emission Reduction)project data. KVER project has been designed by MKE(Ministry of Knowlege and Economy) in 2005 and performed under the MKE rule. The major data for cost effectiveness analysis are total investment cost of mitigation technologies, energy saving cost, amount of GHG reduction. All these resources are gained out of the output of KVER project from 2005 to 2010. Originally, we expect that financial burden of the companies participating in the KVER project would be high but the results of GHG reduction cost come up against original expectation. The main reason why we got unexpected results is due to the effects of energy saving cost. Especially, 78% of KVER projects are no-regret project owing to the cost benefit effect and mitigation technologies for heat energy and electric energy are favorable in terms of cost effect. Henceforth, dissemination of these technologies would be very useful for the accomplishment of our country`s GHG mitigation target in the law of low carbon & green growth.

In this paper, we present an economic model for selecting the most profitable initial process mean and the length of resetting cycle in a tool-wear process subject to a constant linear trend during the same cycle that varies after resetting the processes. An economic model is constructed on the basis of the costs of quality, resetting, and scrap. We assume that the quality loss function due to the deviation from the target value is asymmetric quadratic, resetting and scrap costs are constant. Assuming that the quality characteristic of interest is normally distributed, the optimum initial process mean and the length of resetting cycle are jointly obtained by minimizing the expected loss per unit time. An illustrative example is given and sensitivity analysis performed.

It was developed temperature comfortable indoor air quality controller controlled ventilation according to cooling load, heating load and CO2 concentration in the time of cooling and heating of building. The application of controller was programed by neuron C, in order to increase field tailorability of the controller was manufactured to module type that can be applied to RS422, power line and Zigbee com- munication without reference to the filed network environment. The controller reduced waste energy by controlling ventilation and analyzing temperature, humidity and CO2 concentration, the communication traffic was decreased by multicast type of the controller.

The success of six sigma management innovation is significantly inflenced by implementing an improvement scheme according to plan. sustain implementation of previous projects for improvement is the most important factor for success of six sigma. the purpose of this research is to verify whether success factors(common and essential factor) of major management innovation such as Six Sigma, TQM, Lean Six Sigma, ERP, TPM, BPR, Project Management, System Engineering are critical for implementing six sigma project in public sector. in order to achieve objective of this research, following major steps were carried out. first, data was collected from 47 professionals who have experience on six sigma project for over five years in manufacturing industry, finance industry, service industry and public sector. afterwards, those data were analyzed cluster analysis using SAS 9.1 E-Miner. then, the purpose of research and analysis is were explained to 10 professionals who have experience on six sigma project for public sector for over five years in order to define clusters to select. the four success factors for implementing six sigma project in public sector are defined like below, supporting improvement project by CEO, proper project selection for a business policy and a direction of innovation, regular check and monitoring improvement project and willingness to carry out. survey data was collected from 52 professionals(MBB and BB) who has experience on six sigma project in public sector in order verity correlation between key success factors and the enhancement of implementation. then, reliability test and validity test were conducted using SPSS 16.0 statistical package for the social sciences.

A possible solution methodology for 2-Stage Assembly Flow-shop Scheduling Problem is studied in this research. Minimization of job completion time difference between the 1st job and the last job for a group of jobs is focused while minimization of completion time are focused in general. The developed method is designed as a heuristic with pairwise exchange since 2AFSs are typical combinatorial optimization problems. The performance of the suggested heuristic is proved by comparison study with the optimum solution by enumeration for small sized problem and with the population randomly generated cases by RAND of Excel and Microsoft Visual Basic.

In order to increase productivity, modern businesses which use the techniques of mass production should progress gradually from the use of human labor to total mechanization through the increasing use of the techniques of automation in the various steps of the production process. This will not only avoid the prospect of future labor shortages, but will also solve many of the problems involved in increasing productivity. In order to approach the almost total automation of production facilities, it is important to optimize the present production techniques, and to develop methods whereby one worker can operate several production facilities with many machines simultaneously. After calculating the coefficients of machine interference and workers` idle time, we decided a cost-effective number of machine units assigned to one operator, and increases in operational efficiency of both the machines and workers can be realized. 1) By decreasing machine interference time and workers` idle time 2) By making a rational and cost-effective distribution of labor 3) By making rational long-range plans using the factors fer the expected increases in productivity based on the use of automatic machinery.

Industrial accidents are not induced by one cause factor but induced by complex cause factors. Accordingly, one of the complex cause factors that induce industrial accidents is stress. Therefore, this study, focused on the unmarried workers in Korea, considers life stress, job stress, and working place stress in order to prevent the fundamental industrial accident and to develop a Korea stress model (KSM). The KSM developed would be applied to educational safety management in the fields. Also, results of this paper will provide decisive information to radically minimize not only fatal accidents but also industrial accidents.

우편훈련의 직무 활용에 관한 연구

When it comes to the training program conducted by company to improve job performance ability, it would be not a investment but a waste if the training contents is not practically applied to the business accom- plishment. Even though some people raise a question on the job application of postal distance training, funded by employment insurance, the study on the job application of postal distance training shows that the components of the training program have a positive effect on it and the model has 60.5% validity. Moreover, its control effect on environmental support and individual characteristics has been partially established. The study has been conducted by questioning survey with the employees who completed a postal education 3 months ago. With the result, we can find that the postal distance training benefits employees to improve their job performance abilities and expect that it continuously plays a crucial role in the field of company training through the development of high-quality training programs.
