외부설비의 이용을 고려한 최적 설비용량 결정

The demand for facility is changed dynamically for discrete and finite time periods. The holding cost for excess facility is needed for periods that the facility capacity is greater than the demand for the facility, and the usage cost of the outside facility for shortage facility is needed for periods that the demand for facility is greater than the facility capacity. This paper addresses to determine the facility capacity of minimizing the sum of the facility capacity cost, the holding cost of the excess facility and the usage cost of the outside facility. The problem is analyzed. The characteristics of the optimal solution are analyzed, and a algorithm is developed. A numerical example is shown to explain the problem.

장기 자재재고의 효과적인 활용 모형

Due to the engineering design changes or demand changes, most manufacturers carry substantial amount of long-term material inventory (LTMI), which imposes financial burden on the companies. Such a LTMI can be consumed by other companies that produce the same type of products. However, not many companies benefit from using LTMI of other companies. In this study, we present the survey results on this issue; and propose a method to estimate the amount of LTMI that can be utilized by other companies producing similar products. Practical guidelines for effective trade of LTMI are provided.

Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement(QIM) have strived to push quality innovation for small and medium-sized company and achieved there role as implementation tools of mutual help among large company and small and medium-sized company. In order to revitalize QIM, it is needed to set appropriate level of contents of PPM activity guide or instruction and methodology to the involved small and medium-sized company. Guidance rule is needed to set use of major QC techniques (those which consultant is used for the 40-50% of time for their consulting) fundamentally. Then, it will ensure internal stability of Single PPM for QIM for small and medium-sized company.

LCD 산업에서 Top Chassis의 마찰교반 용접기술의 응용

This paper presents a methodology to apply the FSW (Friction Stir Welding) technology to the top chassis in the LCD industry. The conventional welding of the top chassis causes fume and requires excessive amount of power. To cope with the problem, we develop procedure making use of merits of the FSW technology. The proposed methodology saves the power and maximizes the light efficiency. we performed various experimentations, which shows the significant improvement of the quality.

경사면 구멍가공의 진위치도 향상에 관한 연구

Precision machining produces metallic parts with tight tolerances. However, precision components are sometimes produced with rough tolerances since parts have complex geometries. Because this may cause backlash or lower dimensional accuracy of parts, high tolerance should be fulfilled. This research finds errors from true position of holes made on a sloped surface of precision component. When holes are being produced, load requirements on a sloped surface are compared with ones on a normal plane. Statistical analyses are made through the analyzing data collected from the experiments. Applying the decision made this paper suggests how the machining conditions should be selected to low positional errors.

교사의 안전교육 및 사고경험이 어린이 소방안전교육에 미치는 영향

South Korea has experienced several serious fires, which took many children`s lives. Since 2003, government has put on efforts on fire prevention education in schools as a law enforcement to reduce young casualties from incidents. Main purpose of this study is to suggest alternatives to improve fire prevention education on children by using experimental hypotheses and research questionnaire. The result of survey`s analysis revealed that even teachers, who experienced fire prevention education before have little knowledge about the fire and they also have difficulty conducting fire prevention education programs to children because the education targeted teachers was not effective in terms of knowledge of remembrance and frequency of education. As a result, fire prevention education by targeting teachers should be strengthened to improve fire prevention educational programs for children fundamentally.

In recent years, the rate of change in industry has been extremely fast. Competition in quality, design, and cost of products has increased with new competitors having established segments and, in some cases, with change in competitive weapons. The need to manage product development effectively becomes more urgent in a business climate. Thus most business have to deal with uncertain risks and uncertain expected performance in every aspect of their internal environment as well as external environment. The purpose of this paper is to discuss and develope a project evaluation method considering uncertain risks and uncertain expected performances in developing product.

LED 일반조명의 기술개발전략 연구

In this paper, we analysis the development possibility of detail technology in LED general lighting base on patent share and increase rate during latest 10 years. And patent activity index of subject countries are calculated and annual patent application trend is analyzed in order to grasp the patent activity and interest technical field in each country. And, the technical levels and technological edges of invested countries(Korea, US, Japan, Europe) have been quantitatively estimated base on share, citation index and impact factor of patent. Finally, we discuss the technical development strategies in LED general lighting through patents analysis in the area of worldwide LED general lighting industry.

도로터널 화재 시 벽면조도를 고려한 독성물질전파에 관한 연구

In this paper, in case of fire in a tunnel, I performed the real test for the propagation time of toxic substances and a three-dimensional numerical analysis, and compared each results. A smoke generating device was produced for the real test, capable of 8.8 kW of the heat source and 90 l/h of smoke generation. The target tunnel is 570m in length, 64.6m2 in cross-sectional area, and has a slope of approximately 2%. To reduce the impact of the draft at the exits of the tunnel, the blocking curtains was installed. The smoke spread, speed and temperature were measured as a 20m interval from the location of the smoke device every 20 seconds. After 60 seconds, smoke reached 20m away from the device, after the lapse of 140 seconds, 180 seconds and 260 seconds, respectively 40m, 60m and 80m position was reached. The results of three-dimensional numerical analysis were over-predicted about 26.3 to 49.5%, when the tunnel wall was treated as a smooth surface. In addition, in the case of the tunnel wall with a rough surface with a certain roughness, as an 2.7∼17.6% error, it showed more closely on the results of the experiment. Thus, when performing three-dimensional numerical analysis on the behavior of pollutants in the tunnel, it shall be judged the consideration of the wall roughness was required.

균형이론에 의한 스타확보와 관중심리에 관한 연구

The study came to the following findings: First, it was found that our consumers showed significant change in attitude depending upon an experimental variable, i.e. scout of professional soccerplayer Kim nam-il(0.659 before scouted to Incheon United to 1.266 after scouted). Second, this study conducted cross tabulation to compare consumers` pre-transfer attitudes with their post-transfer ones. As a result, it was found that our consumers showed their attitudes changing into balance state based on Heider`s balance theory. Third, this study could verify effects based on balance theory, That is, models corresponding to manpower effects showed higher mean attractiveness than other models. And models corresponding to consensus effect showed higher mean than other models.
