관광서비스 공급사슬 최적화에 관한 연구

This study deals with tourism service supply chain optimization model. In most of the previous research, manufacturing supply chain optimization model is investigated mostly. In this paper, we develop a mathematical model for optimizing the tourism supply chain which reflects some characteristics of the service. The mathematical model is formulated as nonlinear mixed-integer programing. The mathematical model decides the service operator and agent in the service chain by minimizing the total cost. The numerical results show the effectiveness of the proposed genetic algorithm on this problem.

클러스터 설비제어 애플리케이션의 아키텍처 및 구현

A cluster tool consists of several single-wafer processing modules (PMs) and a transfer module (TM) based on a wafer-handling robot. This paper presents a systematic object-oriented architecture for designing and implementing cluster tool control applications. This architecture incorporates management functions for process, log, alarm, file, and I/O which are critical in cluster tool control applications but have not been discussed in other papers. This paper also discusses implementation issues as well as the real control application which has been implemented and tested on a real cluster tool.

The purpose of this study is to suggest an efficient model for quality improvement that could actually develop process quality and acquire quality confidence by examining problems in the processes to remove inefficient factors through collection and analysis of quality data in automobile parts manufacturing processes. It could be performed the functions by interfacing a control computer and PLC to CNC (computerized numerical control) machine to support real-time communication among these machines. As a result of the test between the main Server and the PLC, it is noted in case of the automation by PLC that the effects of proposed model are as follows: (a) the handling time for quality data by current method was 30minutes, but (b) the handling time by proposed method was 10seconds.

회수용 포장용기의 설계 및 해석

Packing containers for heavy weighted goods are mainly made with wood, which causes a lot of cost to discard them. Wooden box is not suitable for retrieval because of high recycling cost. The material for packing containers is currently being replaced with plastic for retrieval and re-use. This paper presents for design and analysis of a plastic container which is both foldable and multistage type. The container is designed with box form and its details are modeled with CATIA. Once the dimension of the container has been determined, the structural analyses are accomplished to improve the structural safety. This research revised the design for the shape of container through the prototype that is manufactured by injection molding. Through the evaluation in view of structural safety and usability, the dimensions and shapes are slightly changed and modified. After all parts are assembled together in a modeling state, the container is analyzed to prove mechanical safety.

농업용 편이장비의 사용현황과 성과분석

The rural development administration started supplying equipment for convenience to the farm area since 2008 as part of the improving the farm work environment. A survey was conducted to the 286 farms in Gyungbuk province for analyzing the usage status and effectiveness of convenience equipment among 3,308 farms supplied until year 2011. From the survey, it was found that the average age of the convenience equipment user age is 56.9. The elderly as well as women farmers used the equipment for work, relieving the labor shortage. Reduced physical loads (posture, dealing with heavy objects, etc.) resulted in the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Regarding the evaluation of equipment, 37% experienced equipment problems, inconvenience in operating and manipulating the equipment, and other issues regarding human body size, noise and vibration. 56% of the users were satisfied. There is a need for research in the areas of part reliability, usability, and in manufacturing better equipment for convenience.

포장용 다단상자의 RFID 인식률 예측에 관한 연구

Although RFID technology has been widely applied in the industrial fields, especially in logistics, it was restrictively implemented mainly because of detection problem, especially in environments of metals, farm products or liquids. We cannot overlook this problem because the RFID tag may be attached to the packages that contain materials which may influence the detection. Therefore, we need a way to predict the reading rate of RFID on various conditions and adequately cope with detectability problems. The purpose of this paper is to develop the prediction model for the RFID reading rate on various conditions. At first, we selected a list of test materials from expert interview and literature survey, and performed experimental design using orthogonal array table to investigate influence by materials. Second, we built prediction models using neural networks and support vector machine (SVM) with data from experiment. Finally, we compared the developed prediction models and selected the SVM model as the best prediction model. The SVM model gives us predicted reading rates of high accuracy under the conditions of various contents and environmental factors.

HACCP 인식수준의 베이커리의 고객만족에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to present HACCP management method for improving customer satisfaction in bakery industry. As a study method, literature review on HACCP and customer satisfaction and developing questionnaires through model design were done. Then, a survey was done to 415 customers who had experiences of visiting small size bakeries in Seoul or the national capital region. Customers divided into the public and the expert group, The expert group consisted of 209 experts having experience about the HACCP in the regular course, or have experienced working on bakeries. The collected data were compared and statistically analyzed. In conclusion, even though the respondents showed positive expectation that the certification of HACCP will have an effect on the factors of customer satisfaction like brand image, quality of product and service, facility and physical environment and so on, but as we proved in the course of study model`s hypothesis confirmation, actually, current promoting efforts and strategies of the government or related institutions to spread recognition of HACCP don`t have an meaningful effect on the factors of customer satisfaction.

The aim of this study is to evaluate the emotional satisfaction of the driver visibility using the virtual-reality (VR) environment. In 21st century, the development of user-friendliness car design is the one of the key factors in automobile industry. This concern has prompted considering the emotional satisfaction of the user visibility such as openness, comfort, and limitation. For this issue, this study evaluated the emotional satisfaction of the user visibility in changes of the vehicle cabin design. The emotional satisfaction of the user visibility was measured using VR environment simulation, which included customized various design elements of the vehicle cabin and traffic conditions. It was identified that the widening of the upwards and downwards of the user viewing angle enhanced the emotional satisfaction of the use visibility. This study leads to the conclusion that for the development of the vehicle cabin design, the emotional satisfaction of the user visibility should be highly considered, and the widening of the user viewing angle is an important factor influencing the emotional satisfaction of the user visibility. The methodology evaluating the emotional satisfaction of the user visibility using VR environment simulation demonstrated that the sensitivity of the user visibility should be considered as one of the key elements for the development of user friendliness car design.

Although the number of Six Sigma projects is increasing steeply in public sector, of them are not implemented in practice. Therefore, this study developed implementation improvement model so that Six Sigma projects plan can be implemented and also applied this model to two public institutions to verify compatibility.

장애분석을 통한 레일결함관리에 관한 연구

Rail is one of very important parts which make up a railway system because it supports trains and guides the operation of trains. It experiences thermal stresses due to temperature changes and fatigue by the operating loads. In addition, various defects including wear, shelling and cracks occur in rails by interaction between wheel and rail. The propagation of these defects may lead to rail breaks and further to derailment accidents. Even in the case of incidents, economic losses occur through unscheduled rail replacements. Therefore, many counter measures have been taken in order to detect rail defects at early stage. In this paper, we will review the domestic management of rail defects, examine the factors affecting rail breaks through previous cases with a crack propagation scenario, and suggest improvement ways for setting rail inspection and failure management for early detection of broken rails.
