확률적 수요를 고려한 보관시설의 수용능력 산정 모형

This paper discusses how to estimate the storage capacity that accommodates economically customers arriving at the storage facility with stochastic demands. We assume that the relationship among cost factors and its demand probability distribution parameters during endurance life of a storage facility are static. Instead of a single-period inventory model, we construct the optimal model to minimize the sum of overage cost and shortage cost of storage capacity. The sensitivity analysis is performed to investigate the effects of a variety of parameters.

시뮬레이션에 의한 이중 종단 대기행렬 모델의 설계 및 평가

This paper deals with the extended model of double ended queue. Conventional double ended queue model assumes that one demand requires one supply and the pairing time is instantaneous when they are pairing. The inter arrival time is assumed that its distribution follows exponential distribution and only one entity is allowed to enter the system. But there are cases that multiple bulk entry arrives at the system and the inter arrival time does not follow exponential distribution. The size of pairing can be multiple or a random variable, and the pairing time may not be instantaneous. Moreover the pairing is not always successful. A simulation algorithm is developed to overcome such difficulties due to the restrictions of theoretical method. The system patterns are compared after finding the system state probability and performance by varying several input factors affecting the system. A port service facility is demonstrated to show a numerical example. To implement the simulation model Promodel simulation software is used and Simrunner optimization tool is used to find the optimal system outputs.

비부착식 진동측정장치를 활용한 케이블 장력 측정 및 적용성 분석

In this study cable tension of existing bridges is measured by non-contact laser vibrometer, and applicability of a non-contact vibration measurement method is experimentally evaluated. Cable tension of two existing cable bridges is measured by laser vibrometer, and test results are analyzed and compared with evaluation results acquired by using accelerometer. According to the analysis results, cable tension of existing bridge can be efficiently measured by non-contact vibrometer in a relative short time. Furthermore, the non-contact vibration measurement method reveals an error of less than 5 percent, and could be efficiently applied to a tendency analysis of tension values or to a rapid measurement in construction sites.

Under many conditions, exact data are inadequate to model real-life situation and fuzzy logic can be incorporated to handle the vagueness of the decision makers. Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (fuzzy AHP) and fuzzy technique for order performance by similarity to ideal solution (fuzzy TOPSIS) are widely used for tackling multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) problems in real situations for these reasons. Some researches that incorporate the different decision making methods have been introduced in order to compensate the weights among criterion. This paper first presents a hybrid multi-criteria decision making procedure using fuzzy AHP and fuzzy TOPSIS. This proposed procedure is used to solve the supplier selection problem to investigate the applicability of procedure. More specifically, the fuzzy decision matrix is identified by fuzzy TOPSIS and then fuzzy AHP is employed to obtain the crisp values for each alternative to make the final decision. To demonstrate the applicability of the proposed approach, an illustrative example for supplier selection problem is presented and the results are analyzed by comparison of the proposed approach and fuzzy TOPSIS.

중소기업의 기혼 근로자를 대상으로 산업재해방지를 위한 한국형 스트레스 모형 개발

Stress is a fundamental cause of industrial accidents. In this paper, stress is classified in 3 parts; life stress, job stress, workplace stress. Therefore, focused on married workers, it identifies major stress factors in each part of the stress and develops a Korean stress model (KSM) for small to medium sized industries which considers and improves the major stress factors of each part in order to prevent fundamental industrial accidents. It will also examine the relation between the type of stress and cultural ideology and the alteration of the type of stress. It conducted a survey of diverse subjects, namely public institutions, manufacturing companies, construction companies, and service companies. One of the important findings of this paper is that the death of a spouse is the highest stress-giving factor for employees of small to medium sized industries from the viewpoint of Korean culture. The next highest stress-giving factor was shown to be the death of parents. However, the analysis of difference in intensity of the response rate for stress between these factors was not significant. And, this cause and effect model by the Korean stress factors will provide decisive strategies and methods by eliminate a fundamental cause of industrial accidents.

태양광 산업 전문 인력의 수급차 분석 및 전망연구 -충북지역을 중심으로-

In this paper, the preferred solar industry outlook for the supply and demand of professionals is to research. For this purpose, sales and production capacity of the solar industry with data correlation and regression analysis was used to predict the labor demand. The workforce supply capacity of solar-related educational institutions located in Chungbuk were analyzed. Predictive value of demand and supply of professionals have analyzed by the supply and demand of difference. High school graduate or less of the workforce is predicted by the spirit of 150-270, but is expected supply sufficient. Workforce of college graduates each year, from 90 to 165 people are expected to demand, supply personnel and 103 people, the department made the characterization of the ground 160 can be supplied. University graduates`s workforce from 100 to 180 people a year are expected to demand, supply personnel 75people, the department made the characterization of the ground 170 can be supplied. The graduated form graduate school of workforce of 40-70 people each year are expected to demand, but supply staff is 10 people, human resource development plan is required of the active.

We cannot discuss human information processing without reference to the concept of compatibility. Compatibility refers to the relationship of stimuli and response to human expectations, and such is a central concept in human factors. A major goal in any design is to make the system compatible with human expectations. Traditionally three types of compatibility have been identified : movement, spatial and conceptual compatibility. Movement compatibility relates to the relationship between the movement of display and controls and the response of the system being displayed or controlled. And spatial compatibility refers to the physical arrangement in space of controls and their associated displays. In this paper, we deal with spatial and movement compatibility as they relate to the relationships between control and display. Also, in order to design the user-friendly control devices, we deal with stereotype reactions in this paper, as another major factor which affects the above compatibilities. User`s expectations regarding movement relationships are often referred to as population stereotypes, with some stereotypes being stronger or weaker than others. When the above compatible relationships and the characteristics of stereotype reaction are not obvious, it is necessary to identify them on the basis of empirical experiments or survey. In order to prevent from operational errors of control devices, the control direction of devices must be designed to the way of user`s stereotype reaction strongly. So, such population stereotypes on control direction and compatibility between actual operational direction and user`s expectation must be considered. In this study, in order to investigate the compatibility relationship between actual operational direction and user`s expectation and characteristics of specific stereotype reaction, we made 121 university students of right-handed and 50 students of left-handed the subject of questionnaire as a type of preference investigation. Also, in this questionnaire, several home appliances are presented as the subject of investigation instead of various control devices.

As each organization has constructed GIS data by different type of data and system for the same disaster one another, it is difficult to associate and operate between them. Therefore, this research has examined an accuracy of the data on the NDMS(National Disaster Management System) which has been constructed already and the materials of the organizations related to disaster prevention in order to develop its own thematic map only for the NEMA(National Emergency Management Agency) and corrected them and presents quantitative method to make a base map of disaster prevention and a thematic map of disaster prevention on the model district, on the basis of it.

1600cc 승용차에서 남성의 운전좌석에 대한 체압분포의 평가에 관한 연구

The appropriate design of frontal driver seat cushion by the distribution of the contact pressure evenly and reduction of the peak pressure and the high contact pressure area is very important in order to prevent accident and backache. Therefore, this paper proposes the systematic method by the analysis of variable (ANOVA) and statistical testing to evaluate pressure distribution of frontal driver seat cushion on 1600cc automobiles. In this paper, TACTILUS Mat-Type was used to measure the pressure distribution of frontal driver seat cushion and selected 10 healthy persons and 3 types of 1600cc automobiles. In the result of this paper, pressure distribution of backrests was proved significant (α=0.05). Finally, C type backrest was proved the most comfortable and safety seat cushion chair through analysis of variable.

터치스크린패널에서의 BM 기판에 대한 공정기술 개발

Glass panel of Touch Screen Panel is thin and light then it is worthy of applying it to make the device more compact, and this structure has superiority in touch sensitivity. Followed tempered glass integrated TSP technology has some difficulty in implement stable ITO pattern soundness by the discrepancy of the height between the screen printed decoration layer and the ITO coated layer. Also, Gravure offset printing replaced with screen printing allows cost reduction but, more fine pitch implementation upon the bezel is not possible. Then here using BM(Black Matrix) to make window glass decoration layer by the process steps of cleaning, coat, vacuum dry, bake has been developed. After all, 300∼500Å ITO coated thickness has no dislocation opend, cracked area upon the BM after is finally cured thickness of 1.2∼1.4㎛, so as to make 5∼10㎛ BUS line pattern upon the BM bezel area. Then, this subject deals with the effective BM glass substrate fabrication process.
