반도체업체의 프로세스 FMEA 성숙도 평가모형

Since the introduction of QS9000, TS16949 and Six Sigma, process FMEA is widely used to improve the manufacturing process and build up control plans. However, it is seldom the case that a company gets complete benefits of the process FMEA. To overcome the problem and suggest a direction to follow, a maturity model of process FMEA is developed. The model is composed of critical 5 success factors and 46measurement items derived from experts`` opinion and similar models for 6 Sigma and quality management. The suitability of the model is proven by applying it to the Korean semiconductor manufacturers.

회수용 접이식 다단 플라스틱 상자의 개발 및 경제성분석에 관한 연구

Until the late 20th century, with the enhancement of environmental consciousness and awareness increased of scientific development, enterprises have paid more attention to reverse-logistics and build their reverse-logistics systems. Traditional packing containers cannot able to satisfy the request of these reverse-logistics systems. A kind of new reusable folding plastic packing box, which present in this paper, emerges as required. In this paper, we present the development process, patent strategy and optimized scheme for reusing system of recoverable folding plastic packing box which can be used for the transportation of agricultural products, aquatic products or other export cargo. Generally, there are some problems to this kind of boxes, such as robustness, weight, safety performances and cost et al. To reduce the operating costs, nonlinear programming is adopted to optimize the recovering and reusing system of recoverable folding plastic packing box.

반도체 업체 특성을 고려한 프로세스 FMEA 불량모드에 대한 연구

This paper presents the failure mode study of process FMEA (failure mode and effects analysis) based on the characteristics for semiconductor industry. To identify failure modes, we first divide the process into modified one and new one. For the former, failure modes are driven from the master FMEA, the previously prepared FMEA DB, and similar processes FMEAs previously analyzed. For the latter, a systematic study for process function is done firstly and then failure modes are identified according to the cases where the function is absent, surplus, insufficient, intermittent, and unexpected and the characteristics of the process itself and inspection methods. Those failure modes are stored in the master FMEA. A case study is also given.

국내외 도로 구조 별 자동차 사고 유형에 따른 후방 시계성 연구 분석

Road traffic accidents increase dramatically because of the rapid increase in number of cars. A number of complicated factors including vehicle factors, road factors and human factors contribute to the risk of traffic accidents. Especially, the shape and design of vehicles, which are not suitable for the road structure, cause driver visibility problems at the time of driving, for example, the interference with the rearview visibility. This study analyzed the car accidents based on two scenarios of parking and roads after obtaining 68 rear-end car accident data of domestic and foreign countries. Factors influencing the vehicle rearview visibility were classified into eight sub-factors containing tailgate glass and other 7 factors. The cause of the rear-end accidents were investigated by classifying into vehicle-, factor- and scenario-specific categories. Factor-specific rear-end accidental rate was obtained by group analyses of factors influencing the vehicle rearview visibility and categories causing the rear-end accidents(F(2,5)=8.257, p<0.05). The study including vehicle-specific categories demonstrated that SUV showed the highest cause of the rear-end accidents due to two factors, Tailgate glass during parking and O/S mirror on the road driving. The methodology of future experiment and evaluation could be available from studying the factor design considering the vehicle rearview visibility. This study may contribute to providing valuable information for planning the vehicle design and meeting consumers demands.

회수용 물류포장상자의 회수거점 입지선정문제에 관한 연구

Location problem of reverse-logistics is the foundation and key in reverse-logistics system. Therefore, it is a great task with practical meaning to study how to determine the scheme of location problem of reverse-logistics. Based on the background hereinbefore, we did a study on reusing system of reusable logistics circulation cases. We modeled a turnover process of circulation cases by means of leasing, which considered clustering of the shortest distance between demand stations, recovering stations and delivery destinations. Genetic algorithm is adopted to find the optimization solution. Except to design circulation cases reverse-logistics system, the researching progeny could use to design other packing containers reverse-logistics system, such as freight containers and pallets.

반도체 장비의 성능추적기술 표준에 관한 연구

In this research, we introduce an international standard related to performance tracking of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, which is called as SEMI E116-0707E, and then suggest standard specifications which can help to track and analyze the performance of equipment or equipment modules effectively. The suggested specifications are named as TaskExpectedTime and TaskTimeout concerning to processing time in equipment and equipment module, and RecipeID and WaferID concerning to process recipes and wafers. Through these specifications, it can be possible to identify equipment or process steps which affect the performance of overall manufacturing system as well as analyze the equipment performance tracking more precisely.

RFID를 이용한 출하 비전시스템 개발

This paper suggests a specific model that could efficiently improve the interaction and the interface between MES (manufacturing execution system) server and PDA terminal through RFID (radio frequency identification) system and vision system in automative transmission assembly shop. The proposed model shows that the new method by RFID and vision can more efficiently perform to reduce waiting time and loading time for shipment, compared with the current approach. As a result of the certain test among the MES server, RFID system, and PDA terminal, it is noted in case of the automatic control by RFID and vision system that the effects of proposed model are as follows; (a) While the waiting time per truck for carrying by the current method was 30 minutes, the waiting time by the new method was 6 minutes. (b) While the loading time per truck for carrying by the current method was 20 minutes, the loading time by the new method was 10 minutes.

기계설비(부품포함) 제조업의 산업재해 특성과 대책의 고찰

The following results on the causes of industrial accidents and preventive measures in the machinery manufacturing industry(including parts) could be derived, based on the records between 2008 and 2012 of the Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency. During the past 5 years, the overall average of industrial accidents in Korea was 0.67%. In the manufacturing industry it was 0.96%, and in the machinery manufacturing industry(including parts) a surprising 1.54%. The reason that the accident rate is so high is because in the machine manufacturing industry, manual work rate on a unit equipment is high and shops which have less than 50 workers make up 97.6% of all factories. Industrial accidents have been classified into 25 different categories and 40.8% were caused by wrapping and jamming, making it the major category to take preventive measures. Hazardous machines which cause frequent accidents include presses, shears, cranes, and robots(machine tools). Some workers are aware of operating procedures to use the machinery safely but they frequently ignore the procedure. The main reasons for ignoring the procedure are due to cutting costs, meeting shipment dates, and working conditions.
