비 운영 신뢰도 분석에 관한 연구

The purpose of this paper is to examine the effects on reliability of equipment which spends a great deal of its time in the non-operating condition. The paper will look at the effects on the failure modes, the failure rates, the failure distribution and the possible reliability models. Many systems experienced periods of non-operating stage throughout their life cycle, such as periods of operational storage where the system waits, ready for use. The design of such systems must account for how these periods of dormant effects system performance. The methodology for predict and analysis was developed to support the evaluation of non-operating modes of operation of systems and subsystems. For proper handling of the non-operating environment, issues relating to non-operating failures need to be taken into consideration from design stage of the life cycle. Furthermore, the relevant environmental concerns that need to be taken into consideration depend on the environmental factors associated with each different target environment.

The behavior of very high cycle fatigue in automotive alloy wheels have become a critical issue for safety, due to their prolonged service life. For the test, a specially designed, dedicated ultrasonic fatigue test (UFT)system was utilized to investigate the high cycle fatigue behavior of A356-T6 aluminium alloys. The hourglass-shaped specimens were specifically designed according to the alloy``s dynamic elastic modulus and fatigue-tested up to 109 cycles at room temperature under completely reversed loading conditions of R=-1. SN curve was plotted, showing monotonic decrease in the test range. Cracked area and fracture surface after tests were investigated using a scanning electron microscope(SEM). It was shown that cracks were initiated from a surface flaw and then propagated into the internal area. Fracture surfaces consist of mostly dimples, typically as in other ductile fracture mode. This test method can be an alternative test methods, since it shows several merits over conventional fatigue testing methods such as fast test speed and effectiveness.

This experiment was performed on characteristics of exhaust gas(CO) of CFB boiler and monitoring of poor fluidization of FBAC. As the addition amount of the bituminous coal into the anthracite was increased, the reactivity of the anthracite was found to be improved. Unburned carbon in fly ash was decreased with increasing the ratio of bituminous coal in co-combustion. By experiments, the optimum conditions of co-combustion ratio was under 50%. The increase of linear air flow rates from exhaust to entrance of the FBAC was the most effective. By collecting the signal of the pressure change, we can confirm that occurrence of the defluidization area could be found. After this, if these technology is applied in practical power plant it will make for achievement of stable operation and mitigation of economical loss.

In this paper, an empty bike redistribution problem arising in a public bike rental system is handled. The problem is related to decision on redistribution of limited resources in order to maximize the customer satisfaction. The proposed decision mechanism resembles (s, Q) reorder point policy used in common inventory control. Provided with real-time data on current status of resources (bikes and mounts), the decision is easily made. Throughout simulation study with input modeling of Tashu public bike system operated in Daejeon, Korea, the parameter values in the redistribution decision have been analyzed.

The needs for temperature measurement of rotating bodies and condition monitoring of high-speed moving bodies has been increased recently. The evaluation of the performance of IR camera system is necessary for reliable temperature measurements and condition monitoring by using IR camera system. Therefore this study was conducted to develop the evaluation method of high-speed measurement performance of IR camera by using a rotating device called optical chopper with a rotating speed control capability. The performance of the high-speed IR camera with cooling system and bolometer type IR camera was investigated and compared. The proposed evaluation method provided a convenient and fast technique to evaluate the high-speed measurement performance of IR camera systems.

Above all, with the occupational accident rate for 36 years from 1973 to 2008, the trend for occupational accident rate for 10 years very slowly decreases in Korea. Also, with the existing data of occupational fatality per 10,000 people for 18 years from 1991 to 2008, the death trend of occupational accident appeared to be stagnated for 10 years. Therefore, this paper develops the cause and effect model through statistical testing with the fundamental cause factors in order to minimize industrial accidents for the unmarried workers and safety and health managers in manufacturing industry, construction industry, and service industry. Finally, the results of this paper will provide decisive strategies and systematic method for fundamental prevention of industrial accidents.

잉크젯 프린팅을 이용한 코팅공정 성능개선

The goal of this study is improving productivity through optimization of transparency liquid chemical coating process. At coating process, the maintenance of the coating gap is an important factor. Specially, at a small split from the substrate, existing coating methods is difficult to maintain the uniformity of coating. In this study, slit coating uniformity compared to inkjet uniformity and thickness profile was analyzed using alpha-step. Also, the pencil hardness test and the color difference measurement were performed. As a result, changes of the coating process need to be made depending on the type of substrate and inkjet coating was suitable for substrate of a small split.

As the environment in advanced technique of smart-phone and wireless communication has been developed, mobile computing has been served based on embedded system in order to carry out specific function demanded by user. In accordance with increase of the application by the use of locational real-time data such as traffic information, the method to efficiently manage massive spatial data is required. Therefore, the object of this paper is to suggest the storage model regarding binary stream format of spatial data based on relational indexing, extending open source embedded DBMS (SQLight). First of all, designing physical storage model for relational indexing, we define binary stream for geometry of spatial data according to WKB (Well-Known Binary), compression algorithm (Precision, Bytepacking) and compression library (Zlib). Finally, we respectively compare the results of record set and execution time retrieved from query processing. As an outcome, suggested streaming data scheme based on relational indexing will be utilized in efficient query processing for unformatted spatial data.

After analyzing important factors of survey in order to strengthen quality competitiveness of small and medium industry, counter alternative suggestion proposal is laid out; First, it is needed to develop a model of quality circle and quality-related suggestion activity suitable to size of small and medium sized company while every members of company provide a strong will, active participation and diverse benchmarking opportunity for quality improvement activity. Second, it is needed to establish educational training program of many QC technical methodology and tools which is required for quality activity(improvement, management, innovation),construct on-site out-reaching quality educational training system, strengthen professional manpower training system, establish retired quality specialist pool((Q-Doctor) and prepare to the opportunity of out-reaching business mentor. Third, it is needed to construct quality research forums by industrial classification which attends by quality specialist and related organization of government and company, to require to reexamine the followings; cost to quality certification, renewal and follow-up, adequacy of evaluation period, merging of similar quality certification and cross recognition of overlapped evaluation item.

ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001과 ISO 50001의 규격에 대한 비교분석 및 통합사례연구

This study compared ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 50001, and then deals with a case analysis on the implementation of their Integrated Management System. The purpose of this paper is to provide general guidelines to companies that are planning to build the Integrated Management System including ISO 50001 and to study on the initial foundation regarding the application of atmosphere, energy and green house gases management system through review and requirements comparison of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001and ISO 50001. Also the practical guidelines are provided to help for person in charge of certification in a company who want to adopt ISO 50001 for Integration Management System.
