고무배합공정에서의 약품통 자동이송시스템 개발

In this paper, it is suggested that the specific model can actually enhance and develop the efficient measurement control system. This model was implemented by using sensor and binary scoreboard. different from previous system. The model applies the automatic measurement of chemicals weight by integrated scale, the automatic transfer of chemicals vessels by PLC(Programmable Logic Controller), and the real time processing of work performance by POP(Point Of Production) terminal in the manufacturing works. As a result of the test between the POP terminal and the PLC, it is noted that the effects of proposed model are as follows;(a) While it took 5 minutes per batch in average for well-trained worker to measure chemicals, it took 3 minutes per batch in average for PLC. (b) While the error rate by well-trained worker was 2% in average, the error rate by PLC was less than 1% in average.

This paper deals with successful management program for table lift and NCR of using to improve more safer working process. By carrying out a survey for different types of handling lever, this program shows to improve on human factors and safety assessment. It is essential to improve practical process of suitable site so it is able to manage the equipment as safe way.

There was an aspect of outcome according to business innovative activities but an analysis was made to find out how employees experienced fatigue due to management innovation from the viewpoint of promotion speed and strategic aspect. This research analyzed innovation fatigue from a practical point of view on the premise that "employees who have participated in management innovation experience fatigue due to the innovation". According to this study, the reason for innovation fatigue was excessive innovation target and apathy of top management; and such fatigue arose from unequal evaluation without an objective evaluation criteria.

Film products are widely applicable as the main components of traditional flexible packaging products as well as high-tech electronic products. As the range of applicability expands and becomes more modernized, the required quality level also increases. In most cases, products are delivered to the customer in rolls. These rolls sometimes produce quality problems. This study considered the fixed bending region (FBR) of roll-type film products. The FBR can cause several quality problems such as wrinkles or mis-windings. To avoid second-phase quality problems, the horizontal oscillating technique is often used for winding. This paper presents a simulation model of the winding oscillation to determine the optimal oscillation width to avoid FBR-related problems and improve thickness smoothness.

수요와 공급 불균형 상황에서 기대 파괴비용을 고려한 로버스트 공급사슬 설계

This paper presents a location-allocation model considering the expected disruption cost(EDC) for design of robust supply chain. In the model, two uncertain situations are considered, failure of supplier`s ability and fluctuation of customer demand. The model tries to find the facility location and transportation quantity from manufacturing centers to customers via warehouses to minimize total cost and EDC. The model is formulated using integer programming, in which it is hard to get the exact optimal solution when the size of problem is too big. Thus we propose a modified two-dimensional genetic algorithm(GA). The numerical experiment is conducted using the proposed GA and CPLEX. The experimental result showed the effectiveness of the proposed model and GA on this problem.

Most companies producing raw materials for other companies usually have a mass production system with a limited number of buyers. Optimization of the manufacturing process for this type of production system will have a big impact on the business competitive power. Pulp industry is a raw material industry consuming a huge amount of electric power. Thus, optimization of its production process is very important to reduce its manufacturing cost. In this paper, DOE(Design Of Experiments) is used to optimize the refining process of the pulp production system for practical field application. And the results are further analyzed not only to improve the pulp quality but also to accumulate knowledge on the process for future innovation.

온실가스 배출 감축사업 방법론으로서의 설비종합효율

This paper is to develope a new methodology for reduction of GHG emission by enhancement of Overall Equipment Effectiveness which is one of the measures of equipment or system performance based on its actual availability, performance rate and quality rate. At the present time, there are 14 reduction methodologies certified by Government within the framework of Korea Voluntary Emission Reduction(KVER) which was benchmarked by Clean Development Mechanism. None of them seems to promote mitigation or reduction of GHG, resulting from increase of productivity or effectiveness of equipment or production processes. For the purpose of a new methodology, this paper also tries to demonstrate the relationship between OEE and production quantity and reduction of energy consumption per unit quantity. One of the objectives of the paper proposes that TPM and GHG are closely related to improve the productivity of equipment as well as to prevent climate change.

자동차 정비 서비스의 개선을 위한 인간공학적 접근

Customer interacts with service provider in the process of service delivery. Ergonomics have dealt with interaction between customer and service provider. In this research, ergonomics approach was used to improve service quality in the automobile repair service. The perception gap on the service quality between customer and service provider was investigated. The degree of service satisfaction was also investigated according to the level of customers` knowledge on automobile repair. Service providers considered both "reliability" and "confidence" as important factors in the service quality. However, customers regarded both "fairness` and empathy" as important factors. According to the level of customer knowledge, important factors was different. Customers with the high level of knowledge put stress on the "fairness", while customers with low level of knowledge on the "empathy". In conclusion, service providers should focus on both "fairness` and empathy" in order to improve service quality. they should also provide different services according to the level of customers` knowledge on automobile repair.

중장기 우편물류 네트워크 설계 시스템 개발에 관한 연구

This study dealt with the case of the system development for the postal logistics network design. The developed system analyze the workload of the mail centers for the long-term changes of mail volumes, and support to design the optimal structure of logistics network and to establish operational alternatives. We develop the simulation model for the entire process of postal logistics from acceptance to delivery of mail. We also present simulation alternatives such as construction of new infrastructure, region control and capacity adjustment.
