Kano 모형을 이용한 베이커리 고객만족 요인에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to synthetically comprehend the effect of factors such as brand image, product quality, service quality, interior design, Hygiene conditions, and physical environment on satisfaction of bakery users and suggest improvement direction. As a study method, survey of 34-items was conducted to 400 bakery users and collected data was classified into quality attributes based on Kano model. For comprehensive analysis, quality attributes were compared with customer satisfaction coefficient and total customer satisfaction coefficient. In addition, improvement effectiveness and order of priority were suggested through PCSI Index and importance-performance analysis. Lastly customer satisfaction model using multiple regression analysis was proposed. In conclusion, effective improvement direction and management plan was proposed by classifying quality factors for bakery customer satisfaction improvement. It is considered that additional review on research model and study considering various analytic methods will be needed in the future.

도시가스산업의 기후변화 취약요인 및 영향분석

General response to climate change requires a dual approach : management and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions(mitigation) and making adjustments to existing activities and practices for reducing potential impacts of climate change(adaptation). The primary objective of this study is to identify climate change vulnerability and climate impact risk factors as currently predicted that are applicable to prepare adaptation actions in city gas supply industry in Korea. Two factors including outdoor temperature changes and severe rainfall with typhoon are predicted as most critical issue. Impacts and reponses from these factors are briefly discussed.

다구찌 동특성을 활용한 LCD 전극형성 공정조건 최적화

LCD requires uniform electrode patterns to realize a good image display. If the pattern width does not coincide with the target, critical defects such as ``open`` or ``short`` may occur. Taguchi dynamic characteristic approach is used to improve the processes of photo exposure, development and etching, to get uniform pattern width in advance technologically. Transformability is also used for ideal process function because the photo mask pattern width is varying from the target which is used as an input to the process. This research shows that the improvement of ideal function of relevant process is possible using Taguchi dynamic characteristic SN ratio, which is effective on securing precedence, universality and reproducibility of technology to optimize the process and facility condition.

중국시장의 환경요인이 한국의 공급자와 중국 제조업자의 관시(Guanxi) 행위와 협력에 미치는 영향

This study tests the impact of B2B Guanxi behavior among Korean Suppliers and Chinese manufacturers located in Hong Kong and Guangdong province in China. Appropriate Guanxi behavior is very important when conducting business. It also can bring extensive benefits from the business. In other words, it can be a kind of Insurance on uncertainty environment in China. I found that emotional Guanxi between channel-boundary personnel of firms has a positive impact on their exercise. It is also more powerful than instrumental Guanxi. But, we must understand the difference between Guanxi and Relationship. Many people misunderstand this point in their business and make mistakes which causes trouble from their business. The Chinese mentality is big different from western or even most of Asian country. So people must understand philosophy of Chinese old generations. I hope to have the opportunity that this study can be helpful to the people related to business in China.

재사용 포장용기사용을 통한 일관수송이 물류비용에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

In the logistics operation of fruits and vegetables represented by the apple, pear, persimmon and mandarin, the difficulties with intermodal transportation between producers and consumers, which are driven by the rising packaging costs due to the use of one-time corrugated cardboard packaging materials and the reality of loading and unloading by the loading and unloading labor at public wholesale markets, have increased logistics costs. This study proposed an intermodal transportation plan with the use of packing containers of reusable materials to replace one-time corrugated cardboard packaging materials as a measure to deal with the difficulties. The study also developed a logistics rationalization model for intermodal transportation of fruits and vegetables by examining the stages of transportation among producers, public wholesale markets, and retail markets, the circulation routes of fruits and vegetables, and analyzing the costs through the transportation process from producers to retailers as well as the packaging costs and loading and unloading costs. Furthermore, the study demonstrated that intermodal transportation and logistics costs could be reduced by using reusable packaging containers that could be loaded by the pallet unit from producers in the producing areas to public wholesale and retail markets through numerical analysis of packaging costs, transportation costs, and loading and unloading costs.

CNT를 이용한 투명전극 필름의 특성 분석

The major limiting factor from a technical perspective for wide adoption of CNT films is the DC conductivity, uniformity of sheet resistance and good adhesion of CNT on Plastic & PET Film substrate. The dispersion of CNT was improved with the sonication time, resulting from the decreasing CNT particle size and low multi-dispersion index. Since the spray coating of CNT solution gives the CNT composite layer on PET film after drying, the excess sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(NaDDBS) should be removed. As we used this measurement system, We measured the electrical characteristics and electrical uniformity of CNTF by pre-treatment, post-treatment and various CNT density. Our post-treated CNT films showed visible-range (550 nm) transmittance of about 85% and sheet resistance of about 270 Ω/sq. The resistive touch panel made with CNT PET film exhibited equal performance to the one made with ITO PET film. We confirm that CNTF is the suitable alternation for Indium Tin Oxide(ITO) is widely used transparent electrode.

Running resistance is essential to design a traction and braking forces of a train. the basic elements on the running resistance and measurement methods are reviewed. From measuring data with coasting energy method, the effects of the environmental condition (eg. wind) and measuring error are analyzed. In a tunnel, running resistance is higher than that of open field about 10 % and, it has almost half scatter width mainly due to external wind.

통합 기능형 HMI 표준 모델 개발

Human-Machine Interface (HMI) presents information of various equipments, products, and resources in a PLC controlled manufacturing process. Considerable times and efforts are required in order to build useful and meaningful HMI. In this paper we study an integrated functional HMI standard model in order to reduce times and efforts required to build an HMI system. The proposed HMI standard model can be applied for PLC controlled manufacturing system in order to monitor manufacturing process and also to control it efficiently and effectively. The standard model is based on systematic symbol name structure of manufacturing devices which is highly related PLC logics and hardware address. This strong relationship make it possible to map PLC address to user interface automatically as well as to represent useful information such as mal-functioning reasons and a significant manufacturing behaviors. Real implementation is given to verify how the proposed approach can reduce time and effort and also how it could be utilized to general cases.

This study set out to clarify creativity, systems theory of creativity, hindrance to creativity as well as defining problems definition and seven errors that can occur due to incorrectly defined problems. Existing idea generating methods such as brain-storming, brain-writing, mind mapping, 5 whys and Mandel-art and existing problem solving techniques such as Six Sigma and TRIZ were analyzed to find out merits and demerits of each. Based on the analyses, this paper suggests an effective & creative seven-step problem solving process that anyone can easily use.

This study aimed to help our government better manage and evaluate the performance of disaster and safety management of regional public corporations. Not only basic disaster and safe management strategies and contents of our central and local governments but also current national performance evaluation indicators for a type of public regional public corporations, public facility management corporations, were reviewed to find out what to and how to improve them in system theory perspective. Our study suggested a model of performance evaluation indicators on disaster and safety management, which could be utilized as a checklist in improving current national performance evaluation indicators on the disaster and safety management in regional public corporations.
