보조공학기구 사용이 근로장애인의 고용성과에 미치는 연구

The independent living of people with disabilities by assistive technology is an important service that allows disabled people to have an opportunity to have their jobs and contribute to the community. Prior studies have demonstrated the need for assistive technology, but the effectiveness of this assistive technology for the disabled workers in employment cases has not been researched in depth so far. By the technology acceptance model, this study first identifies influencing factors for the successful deployment of assistive technology to disabled workers, and then it finds the relationship among those factors for their adaptation in work environments in terms of their behavioral intention. The purpose of this study is to show the following two facts. First, the employment of disabled workers can improve the capacity and quality of their lives. Second, it can obtain additional human resources for employers through the quality of support by assistive technology. Disabled workers in this study are the population of domestic firms or domestic industry participating in only one cluster involved in business enterprises, who are systematically targeted survey samples extracted from Seoul, metropolitan area, and Chungcheong region.

AHP 기반 Fab 설비배치 평가방안

The fabrication (Fab) layout design is a strategic issue and has a significant impact on the efficiency of a semiconductor manufacturing system. Fab layout consists of manufacturing equipments and material handling system, while material handling system is getting more and more important. In case of Fab layout design, manufacturing and material handling factors should be taken into consideration simultaneously. Although there are some previous works on fab design and evaluation methods, they only focus their own specific performance indices. Therefore, in this paper, we suggest an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)-based evaluation method considering various criteria together to evaluate Fab facility layout. Specifically, we categorize all the design factors into four groups and evaluate characteristic values of them by using experts review from an electronic company in Korea. We exemplify the proposed method by using three Fab layout in the literature.

The conventional Shewhart control chart techniques have found wide application in the manufacturing industries. However that chart is less sensitive to a very small shift and fraction nonconforming. Kim & Um(2012) first introduced the Zp control scheme for controlling a very small fraction nonconforming at the ppm level. The purpose of this paper is carried out performance of Zp control chart due to the change of parameters. In view of the parameters, it is presented ARL table conveniently when managing a small fraction nonconforming. Zp control chart is easy to interpret, easy to make use of ppb, ppm level in automatic dynamic process and machine control.

ESD에 기인한 PMIC 불량 개선과 PCB 설계 방법

This paper deals with a PCB design method to reduce PMIC’s failure due to ESD. Based on ESD scanning, system CDM and current spreading tests, it turns out that a current path between the PMIC and a PCB ground is the most important factor. It is shown that a certain number of vias are required to keep the impedance of the current path low. Also, it would be possible to design a robust PCB without the use of additional protective element.

국방획득 전문성이 프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향 연구

This research studies that project performance is affected by defense acquisition professional. As a result of research, identify professional factor in defense project management and key elements in project manager. And then, use to train professional in defense project sector in the future. The proposed model and hypothesis are validated by a survey analysis. The results have shown that professional affect directly the project performance, professional influence of management skill and high level management skill have an effect project performance. So, we need to train lasting the factor of professional and develop management skill to get high performance in defence acquisition field.

온라인 구전정보특성이 구전수용과 확산에 미치는 영향 : 소비자 정보수용유형을 중심으로

Recently internet is rapidly spreading and generalized. And due to the growing popularity of the Internet, Online WOM(Word Of Mouth) have been playing an important role as a critical factor in evaluating product features. Therefore, many firms are taking advantage of online consumer review as a new marketing tool. The purpose of this study was to clarify the impact of Online WOM``s information characteristics(consensus, vividness, community interaction) on WOM acceptance and diffusion focusing on technology acceptance pattern of Rogers(innovators, early Adopters, early Majority). As the result of analyses, it has been found out that consensus, vividness, community interaction of Online WOM``s information characteristics affect WOM acceptance and diffusion and WOM acceptance effect on diffusion. Lastly, there is a difference depending acceptance pattern of customer.

전사적 자원관리 시스템의 보안 정책에 관한 연구

ERP is experiencing the transformation that will make it highly integrated, more intelligent, web-enabled, and even wireless. The ERP system is becoming the system with high vulnerability in which the security is critical for it to operate. This paper shows the security policy of ERP system. ERP system is the technology that provides the unified business function to the organization by integrating the core business processes. The significant ERP policy is proposed that filtering by uniting DB application firewall with web application firewall. At second this paper researches security system with password controls by a comparison of password techniques for multi-lever authentication mechanism. Third it is explained how to sort and keep off spam-mail with three prevention way by server level, network structure level, client level. Finally it is discussed that security problem for ERP-ASP service and EDMS(Enterprise Document Management System), KMS(Knowledge Management System). Also the distribution of ERP system components over P2P(Peer to Peer) networks is considered.

Employee‘s adoption for the Six Sigma program plays an important role in increasing an organization’s innovation performance in the service industry. This study investigates how Six Sigma has an influence on employees’ adoption for its implementation program in an ICT service company. Three critical software factors such as leadership, empowerment and reward were employed to measure employees’ adoption level which is highly associated with the successful implementation of the Six Sigma program. Using empirical survey data collected from 232 people in a case company, the relationships between three factors and Six Sigma adoption were examined via the structural equation modeling technique. The result reveals that leadership does not directly affect employee’s adoption in Six Sigma program, having an indirect effect on it through empowerment or/and reward. This will help top management achieve effective implementation of Six Sigma practices.

Currently many companies are looking for solutions to reduce carbon emissions associated with their operations in their supply chain. Operational adjustments, such as modifications in order quantities have proven to be an effective way to decrease carbon emissions in the supply chain. In this paper, we consider a single vendor single buyer supply chain problem where a single vendor manufactures finished goods at a finite rate in order to deliver finished goods to a single buyer. In the model, we introduce an integrated environmental inventory model under the cap-and-trade system incorporating the carbon emissions caused by logistics and warehousing activities. Also we derive the order quantity for finished goods and number of shipments between vendor and buyer and numerically examine the carbon trade and carbon cap on order quantity and number of shipments between vendor and buyer.

We are now designing new type of storage system for the recording of VLBI data, which is based on PCI Express interface. In this type of system, data is transferred from data server to storage directly without data conversion or memory buffering between each system. In this paper, we evaluate I/O performance of PCI Express based storage by writing massive streams from memory buffer to storage, and compared the results with that of other storage such as Mark6 and Lustre based general storages.
