품질경영시스템 활용이 R&D 연구원의 사용자 만족도에 미치는 영향

This paper is intended to examine a relationship regarding whether innovativeness, interactivity, system quality and information quality, extended variable, has an effect on R&D researcher`s user satisfaction through the mediation of ease of use and usefulness after applying an extended technology acceptance model to quality management system. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed through face-to-face interview, and 158 questionnaires were used for statistical analysis. In order to prove the validity of results of testing a hypothesis, the validity and reliability of measurement instrument was tested in advance. According to the results of testing an indirect effect on information quality, system quality, interactivity and innovativeness, independent variable, it shows that innovativeness, system quality and information quality produced a statistically significant indirect effect on user satisfaction. It is thought that the results of paper can be utilized to prepare for effective system development, establishment and design through the quality management system user satisfaction of R&D researchers at the point of contact for quality management that company pursues.

자동차 부품 공급체인에서의 휴리스틱 차량 운송방안

The purpose of this paper is to see if the current supply transport system of auto parts is efficient by comparing the current system to the alternative suggested transport system. The transport cost for the current system which is using partly direct transport and partly cross-dock is examined first. Then this cost is compared to the cost for the alternative system which uses a heuristic method. As a result, the alternative method appears to be better than the current method. However, since the suggested system also has some drawbacks, it might be necessary to apply the new better improved system which needs more study, rather than just substitute the suggest one to the current system.

해상근무자의 직무스트레스 분석에 관한 연구

For this purpose, analyzed the data collected through conducting survey on maritime workers as ``Job stress factors evaluation tool for Koreans`` that was developed by KOSHA in 2003. The eight job stress factors which are physical environment, job requirement, job autonomy, relationship conflict, job insecurity, workplace culture, unfair compensation, and organizational system were analyzed. As a result, almost eight job stress factors showed higher stress with below thirties maritime workers than above fifties maritime workers. On the other hand, job insecurity factors showed higher stress with above fifties maritime workers than below thirties maritime workers. And, almost eight job stress factors showed higher stress non-exercised group with than with exercised group. This study provides the fundamental information for understanding human factors of maritime workers job stress. From the results of this study, the work loss due to the job stress could be prevented, and stress factors could be removed at the workplace.

지하철 임대점포 화재 시 임대점포와 피난계단의 위치에 따른 피난특성

Metropolitan subway platforms are the core of public transportation system which are commonly used by most citizens and large scale damages of human life are expected in case of fire. There are various station-stores which are installed on the crossing points of human traffic flow. However, the stores display highly flammable items such as newspaper, food, or clothing and they can be the ignition source of large scale fire. In the result of the escape simulation with a typical transfer station in Seoul in the background to find an improvement suggestion, the locational change could shorten the evacuation time visibly. On the other hand, the additional installation of escape stair was not effective enough.

실시간 철도안전 의사결정지원시스템 개발에 관한 기초연구

The recent increase of railway traffic volume and improvement in train operation speed has lead to a rise in the national awareness of and public demand for railway safety. As a result, the establishment of safety measures is urgently required. Together with the importance of railway as a key form of infrastructure and the most efficient means for human and material exchange to help determine the competitiveness and growth of national industry, the necessity to secure railway safety is being emphasized. Accordingly, with a goal to prevent railway accidents, this study was conducted to develop a system that extracts safety-related data, such as information about rolling stock failure and the conditions of tracks, power facilities and structures that can lead to accidents, establishes big data on railway safety using the extracted data, provides data modeling and accident prediction results in real-time to railway engineers and controllers, and thus improves decision-making ability for appropriate accident risk control and accident handling.

고속 열차 고장 발생 예측을 위한 연관 규칙 마이닝의 적용

It may occur in the high-speed train many different types of failures such as support fixture crack, engine fault, composite train`s division/connection abnormality, axle`s rust, and shaking of its body. Such failures can threaten safe and reliable train operation. Sometimes some failure can cause failure of the other, and therefore discovering the association rules between various failures can help preventing the occurrence of related failures. In this paper, we propose to apply association rule mining for failure record data from a high-speed train.

Fuzzy-FMEA을 이용한 항공기 운영 리스크 평가 모형

The major issue in aircraft industry is constructing risk management system for safety management because of increasing demand and advancement of the aircraft. This study is to assess the operational risks of aviation using IRPN(importance risk priority number) which is added to importance coefficient from RPN(risk priority number). In FMEA, RPN requires the factors like the occurrence (O), Severity (S), and Detection (D) of each failure mode. Therefore, the severity and detection is derived by the value from Fuzzy-FMEA of expert group. The occurrence is calculated from the accident statistics of IATA(international air transport association) database. Particularly, this study introduces importance coefficient to prevent from RPN distortions. The RPN distortions are decreased by introducing importance coefficient in the result of an experiment. It is also derived from Fuzzy-FMEA. Finally, the critical ranking of risk factors according to IRPN is similar with the existing research.

LNG-PFSO 가스 압축기에 대한 RAM 분석

LNG-FPSO(Liquefied Natural Gas-Floating Production, Storage and Offloading) is a floating vessel used by the offshore oil and gas industry for the production, processing, storage, and offloading of LNG. Since the overall production availability of an LNG plant is a major criterion for economic evaluation, it is important to have an estimation of its availability. This paper is concerned with the RAM(reliability, availability and maintainability) analysis for an LNG-FPSO gas compressor. The reliability block diagram(RBD) of the compressor is constructed by functional analysis, where the system hierarchy is classified as subunit and maintainable item. The failure rate and MTTR(mean time to repair) of maintainable items are estimated from OREDA(Offshore and Onshore Reliability Data). The failure rate and MTTR of the subunit, and the availability, failure rate and MTTR of the compressor are estimated by the PTC Windchill Quality Solution.

TPM의 성공적 추진을 위한 국가직무 능력표준 적용에 관한 연구

This paper is trying to apply TPM (total productive maintenance) to national competency standards for its useful implementation for the plants and manufacturing sector in Korea. TPM has been widely and effectively being utilized by various sectors such as electrical and electronic industries, car industry, machine and chemical industry, etc. as well. At the same time, some of case studies show that this was refused by machine shops, or by top managers. It has been known that top manager sometimes confuses the definition and framework of TPM and technical personnels of the middle management group lack the maintenance technology required as well as the vision of their future job. As such, this paper proposes NCS of TPM. It usually includes from 6 to 10 pillars among which 9 pillars are selected as competency units in this paper. Each competency unit has its job description and several elements. This paper also suggests that more developed and advanced job description including competency unit, its elements, performance criteria and ranges of variables will be required. Future researches also should provide knowledge, skills and attitude for more efficient practice of TPM.

TPM의 보전경영 평가요소에 관한 연구

Manufacturing environment requires a unlimited competition due to the diversity in customer` needs, a price competition and the globalization of information. For the ground mentioned, a reasonable performance evaluation is needed to facilitate an efficient operation of both facilities and asset in the manufacturing processes. The typical evaluation factors of TPM(total productive maintenance) was similar to those of the maintenance management. However, appraisal factors in the maintenance management should be adopted to identify maintenance activities. For evaluating the maintenance management effectiveness with maintenance activities, some important activities should be considered such as maintenance strategy, periodic maintenance, RCM(reliablity centered maintenance), CBM(condition based maintenance), maintenance information system and so forth. Through extensive literature review and referring enterprise cases, this study is to offer new appraisal factors in maintenance management so that it can commonly select appropriate appraisal factors in the field of maintenance management. Effective appraisal factors in maintenance management using the evaluation factors provided was throughly investigated in this study.
