소프트웨어 품질역량 개선방안에 대한 연구

In software, the function and usability of the product are the top priority but the quality of the software including all of these factors is the most important factor in the life cycle of the software. Especially, the software market has grown explosively since 2002 when system intelligence has been launched in earnest, and will become a bigger market after 2020 when the fourth industrial revolution is expected to start. The use of such software will be even higher in the Fourth Industrial Revolution and it will surely be the determining factor for the completion of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Therefore, increasing the quality capability of software has become a pending issue in industry not just software. Unlike the emphasis on the importance of software, building a systematic software quality management system and a quantitative software development management system is delayed due to cost problems. Also, the perception of system users` quality of software is not analyzed accurately. In this paper, we analyze the quality characteristics of software and propose improvement of quality capability of software by comparing and analyzing cases of improving quality competitiveness of domestic and foreign companies.

카멜룬 ICT 마스터플랜의 효과적 실행에 영향을 미치는 핵심요인 연구

This research aims to identify key factors that affect the effective implementation of the ICT master plan in developing countries. For this, the authors used a convergent mixed method which collects qualitative and quantitative data in response to research question. Based on the UN Model for strategic planning, the first part of this research compared Cameroon case with three other countries in order to identify some factors which reduce the implementation rate of the ICT master plan. Then, this study formulated a conceptual research model to include four factors(preliminary study, prioritization, communication, elaboration) from the comparative study and two factors(resources, external factors) from Heeks` model. The 126 valid data analysis results indicate that three factors(preliminary study, communication, resources) except two(prioritization, external factors) affect elaboration which impacts the implementation of ICT master plan. In final, this study provides some implications on how to successfully implement an ICT mater plan in developing countries.

This paper is to get the cycle time of the vendor with minimum cost in an integrated production and inventory model of the single-vendor multi-buyers supply chain. The vendor is the manufacturer of the product and the buyers are retailers. The cycle time of the vendor is the elapsed time from the beginning time of the production to that of the next production. The mathematical model is represented with the cycle time of the vendor and the numbers of supply from manufacturer to the retailers during the cycle time of the vendor in a supply chain. The cost factors are the production setup cost and the inventory holding cost of the vendor, the ordering cost and the inventory holding cost of the retailers. The cycle time of the vendor that minimizes the cost in a supply chain is obtained with the cost of the manufacturer. The number of supply from manufacturer to the retailer is obtained with the ordering cost and inventory holding cost of retailer, and inventory holding cost of the manufacturer. The numerical examples are shown to analyze the cost difference between the vendor cost cycle method and the optimal solution. The effectiveness of the vendor cost cycle method is shown through the numerical examples.

Supply Chain Operation Reference 모형에 기반한 조선업 건조 공정 핵심성과지표 개발

In the stagnation and crisis of Shipbuilding industry, the enhancement of productivity is the most important to increase the Competitiveness. Therefore, in order to Increase productivity of shipbuilding industry in Korea, this study aims to develop a Key Performance Indicators of erection process in shipbuilding industry. For the purpose of developing key performance indicators, the primary indicators are composed of articles related to supply chain and manufacturing performance and classified into Supply Chain Operation Reference model`s Performance categories modified to suit the shipbuilding. And then the final key performance indicators are derived from delphi survey conducted three times. The derived performance indicators consisted of 43 indicators in six categories: production, customer, flexibility, cost, quality, learning & growth. This research is meaningful in that it has made it possible to measure the performance of a specific industrial`s core process by combining the supply chain and the manufacturing viewpoint. Also, by utilizing these key performance indicators, it is possible to analyze and improve the status of erection process and as a result, it will help to secure production competitiveness of the shipbuilding industry.

스펙트럼 유사성을 이용한 댐 계측 데이터 신뢰성 검증

Similarity of two time series is a good measure of the reliability of the sensor. In the conventional method, the coherence statistic of two auto-spectral densities is applied. This paper is concerned chiefly the improvement of reliability testing method using coherence statistic. A Monte Carlo simulation method has been presented for making optimal decision statistic. The reliability testing using multi-sensor checking method also has been developed. Two experiments were performed in artificial and real data set. The improvement of capability for reliability checking was verified in first experiment using artificial data. The validity was shown in second experiment using real sensor measurements in a dam.

FMEA에서 공리적 설계의 계층별 연성기능분석을 이용한 신뢰성 설계의 적용

The purpose of this paper is to present the Integrated Design System (IDS) using both the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and the Axiomatic Design. The IDS can be reduced by both the design complexity of the functional dependence mapping from axiomatic design and the potentail failure from the functional work breakdown structure of the FMEA. The IDS consists of the following three stages: i)Determination of simplified design mapping path by using functional independence of Functional Requirements(FRs) and Design Parameters(DPs) ii)Calculation of Risk Priority Numbers(RPNs) for hierarchical breakdown systems in response to the Cause-Mode-Effect casual relationship based on the functional independence mapping iii)Reliability improvement by redesigning the DPs of the Critical Design Tree(CDT) exceeding the desired individual RPNs threshold. For a better understanding of the proposed integrated design system of FMEA and axiomatic design, case studies with decoupled design and uncoupled design are presented in this paper.

The main issue in the implementation of smart factories for small and medium enterprise(SMEs) is to find solutions for lack of investment and technology development. In this area, there is difficult in proceeding alone with SMEs, so it is necessary to work with government agencies and large corporations to implement customized solutions that match the type of industry and characteristics. This paper focuses on the problems that are imposed on the implementation of smart factories of SMEs with low automation level and focuses on solving the problems with practical solutions.

EBOM과 MBOM간의 일관성 보전을 위한 체제의 개발에 관한 연구

Manufacturing information systems including ERP, MES, PLM, SCM, and Control System are highly are interconnected horizontally and vertically among them. So it is imperative that those systems keep and share the common/related data in the appropriate way. The various types of BOMs are the most important data sets for designing, developing and producing product in recent manufacturing environment. In particular, the discrepancy and inconsistency between EBOM and MBOM information would worse a production and customer service level, and lower a productivity in R&D. In this paper, the data issues about transforming from EBOM to MBOM are presented. And then, we propose the methods for preserving the BOM information consistently. Finally, we implement the prototype by using SOA to show the possibility for developing a real system.
