The ROK Navy operates multiple outposts for efficient security of the coast and the NLL that serves as the main objective of the Navy`s maritime patrol. This paper addresses the issue of determining the location of outpost and allocation of patrol ships to the outpost for efficient patrol mission in the navy. Also, presents a two-phase mathematical model which considers the characteristics of the patrol operation to determine the location of outposts, the assignment of patrol area, and the allocation of patrol ships using the integer programming. Numerical experiments are provided to illustrate the solution procedure. Finally, we present the optimal solution and analysis using the real size examples.

The Web environment has led to the launch of the Spring Framework, a lightweight container architecture, to create a new standard preemptive platform competition for many enterprise vendors. With the adoption of the HTML5/CSS3 standard, the new multi-device platform has been completed as a next-generation web standard in the N-tier environment. Since 2008, the government has defined the standardization principles and established the standard framework for establishing national information development standards that utilize open source actively in preparation for next generation web standards. Especially, due to the mobile first strategy, the influence of global companies that have dominated iOS and android OS platform has become stronger, leading to a crisis in the ICT industry. In addition, it has reached a point where it is necessary to have an opportunity to expand the opportunities for domestic contents service software companies to advance into the global market. Therefore, this study aims to provide a reference model of the next generation web standard by analyzing and designing the pilot system in the lightweight container structure environment supporting the N-screen of the next generation web standard framework environment based on HTML5/CSS3.

Mintage industry is getting more competitive in the global market due to the reduction of the native market in accordance with the change of social environment; therefore many corporators are attempting monopolistic supply through specific standard setting. The purpose of this study is to determine the optimum conditions of the surface treatment process which influences the new paper pH. In this paper, DOE (Design Of Experiments) is used to determine the optimum condition of the surface treatment process for practical field application. The output variable was selected as paper pH and the input variables were selected as four chemicals. The experiments were conducted as full factorial experiments by 2-level, 4-factors. Through the design of experiments, the results of this study verified main effects and interaction effects of the input variables, derived a regression model and optimum conditions of the surface treatment process for paper pH using the response optimizer.

There have been a lots of earthquake occurrences in 2016, in Kyungju, Woolsan and the other places in Korea. This means that have to keep some considerations of the life safety all the times because the earthquake can occur without any notice in our life at home, at work, at leisure time, at train or subway. Questionnaire survey sheet has been made of the items such as walking, at work, at leisure, to find out how much persons have prepared physically and mentally against it ourr life, in advance. The questions are made of how much they are ready to evacuate and how much they understand what to do in face of earthquake occurrence in front of themselves. Frequency analysis has been made first and then it is concluded how to do, what to do as a citizen or as a person, individually.

ISO 26262 자동차 기능안전 시스템에서 ASIL 결정 및 평가의 확장모형 개발

The purpose of this paper is to establish the extended models for determining and evaluating Automotive Safety Integrity Level (ASIL) from ISO 26262 automotive functional safety system. By using 3 intermediate variables, such as hazard, situation and accident into risk in terms of fatalities per year, the linkage strategy of interrelated 3 parameters of exposure, controllability and severity for determining ASIL becomes a clear and quantitative measure for the study. In addition, the integrated Failure Mode, Effect and Diagnostic Analysis (FMEDA) introduced in this paper evaluates the undetected dangerous faults of ASIL in ISO 26262, as well as, the Safety Failure Fraction (SFF) related faults of Safety Integrity Level (SIL) in IEC 61508. The efficient fault tree gate pattern is presented in this paper to represent the safety mechanism with Self Monitoring and Mitigation System (SMMS). Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Reliability Block Diagram (RBD) and Event Tree Analysis (ETA) are used to better understand the undetected dangerous faults which includes Single Fault (SF), Residual Fault (RF) and Latent Fault (LF). Finally, the traceable design process is proposed by using the consistent causal relationship for the unified system of quality, reliability and functional safety. The architecture of the unified system is composed of three levels: Lower level is fault and error in perspective of quality, intermediate level is failure in perspective of reliability and the upper level is hazard, situation, accident and fatalities in perspective of functional safety. Numerical examples for Electronic Control Unit (ECU) are introduced to better comprehend the extended models proposed in this study.
