수리가능 체계의 필드 데이터 분석

A repairable system is one which can be restored to satisfactory operation by any action, including parts replacements or changes to adjustable settings. This paper presents the field data analysis of a repairable system. Field data is collected for a weapon system performing functions such as command, armed control, target search, acquisition and tracking, etc. The MIL-HDBK-189 test and Laplace test are performed to confirm the trend of the time between failures(TBFs), and it is found that no trend exists. Thus, the maximum likelihood and least square estimates of MTBF(mean time between failures) of the system is estimated for the exponential distribution suitable for the TBFs.

운용기간이 유한한 장비군에 대한 최적 그룹보전정책

In this paper, a group maintenance policy for a group of identical units operating over finite and random horizon is presented. Most previous researches usually assume the infinite operating horizon, but because of the recent rapid technological advances, it is resonable to assume that the operating horizon is finite. A modified group maintenance model for a group of identical units with the finite operating horizon is developed, and the total maintenance cost during the operating horizon is derived. The optimum group maintenance interval which minimizes the total cost is explored. Specifically, the optimum group maintenance interval is derived for units with exponential time-to-failure and exponential duration of operating horizon. Numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the results.

The purpose of this study is to propose the effective method of investigating the injurious factors and making improved plans that prevents the workers against work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) at an alternative energy manufacturing company and the same business field with similar working conditions and process. A questionnaire were adopted to analyze the symptoms of workers` musculoskeletal disorders, and an ergonomic assessment method such as QEC, RULA, Snook, NLE were performed to find out harmful factors of workplace and working posture. Based on the result of the evaluation, to enhance the working environment, improvement of worktable, working space, tools, and outfit was suggested, and induction of mechanical system was also suggested. It can be concluded that the method and process described in this paper could be helpful for diagnosing the musculoskeletal disorders and making improvement plans to the alternative energy manufacturing company and the same business field with similar working conditions and process.

Industry 4.0 and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) has become one of the most talked about industrial business concepts in recent years. One important effect of Industry 4.0 is the fact that due to using control automation many work pieces can be produced cost-effectively not just in large quantities, but also in much smaller lots. Especially, Smart manufacturing realizes the promise and potential of Industry 4.0. The research aims to present intelligent smart factory propulsion models in small and medium-sized businesses for the fourth industrial revolution, not the smart ones.

증강현실 기반 항해장비의 유용성 평가 연구

Many researches have been studied for minimizing the human error, which is one of the main causes of maritime accidents. Recently, in order to address the problem of navigation equipment such as high complexity and inefficient information provision, augmented reality (AR) technology has been introduced to the navigation equipment for supporting decision making of officers. In this paper, the usefulness of navigation equipment based on AR which provides intuitive and efficient information with limited screen is evaluated. Experimental results show that subjects use the navigation equipment based on AR more than other navigation equipment. Especially, this navigation equipment based on AR can be efficiently used in foggy conditions.

PSM 제도의 효율적 개선방안 -장외영향평가제도와 위해관리계획서와의 비교분석을 중심으로-

Domestic petrochemical-based industries in order to prevent major industrial accidents since 1996, introduced the PSM(Process Safety Management) system, KOSHA (Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency) divided into P, S, M+, M- grade through the validation and verification grade and then Ministry of Employment and Labor has been checking the implementation status of PSM workplace. According to the national audit submissions, P, S grade workplace accounted 19 of 27 dead(70%) over the last three years major industrial accidents. Regard of this study is the main basis of comparison, the analysis of the PSM system and relevant summary of the issue through the opinions of site engineer with a detailed review of the existing research results, management plan attempts to organize and comparison with similar off-site consequence analysis and risk management plan to compare the differences and features. For an in-depth investigation to conduct a survey and interview survey of experts, including representatives of the PSM consulting agency find out the problems of the PSM system, we propose a reasonable improvement method for effective PSM system.
