프로젝트 관리 소프트웨어 프리마베라(Primavera P6)의 자원 평준화 기능 향상 방안

The objective of resource leveling in project management is to guarantee stable resource usages by minimizing deviations in resource requirements. Resource leveling functions in well-known project management software include analysis of resource requirements and profile, adjustment of resource capacity, and resource-constrained project scheduling. However, the performance of resource leveling functions in Primavera P6, which has the largest users among commercial project management software, is not satisfactory in providing appropriate schedules in view of multi-objective optimizations. Considering the trade-off between the objectives of resource leveling and resource-constrained project scheduling, schedules belong to Pareto optimal need to be provided. Aiming at generating such schedules, this work exploits a Variable Neighborhood Search (VNS) algorithm to solve resource-constrained project scheduling problems. By reducing capacity of resource with the largest usage variation step by step, a number of schedules close to Pareto optimal is generated. In a case study, the performances of VNS and procedure of repetitive reduction of resource capacity are evaluated and compared with resource leveling functions in Primavera.

While traditional markets have functioned as major trade centers that regulated regional economy in Korea in the past, they have lost their significance and popularity over the last few decades due to the expansion of Internet shopping and development of superstores and convenience stores. With lack of support from the local government, the traditional markets in the Gyeonggi province became outdated and incapable of competing against modern forms of markets. Antiquated facilities as well as insanitary surroundings of traditional markets incapacitated them from retaining their customers, and traditional markets were soon overshadowed by superstores. With close examination of the Sung-ho traditional market, an embryonic traditional market located in Jung-won gu, Sungnam city, this study aims to identify major safety problems of traditional markets. Further, the study will also introduce a smartphone disaster management application to redress those problems.

중소규모 식품제조업체의 HACCP 선행요건 수행도 평가에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze the various problems to apply HACCP prerequisites to small and medium food companies. Firstly, we identifies the 55 factors from HACCP prerequisites and additional considerations. Then, we measure the levels of importance and performance in the view of small and medium food companies. Finally, we propose concentrated improvement factors by Importance and Performance Analysis(IPA). These findings are expected to help applying HACCP effectively to small and medium food companies where it should be implemented in the near future.

스프레드쉬트 기반의 신뢰성 분석 소프트웨어의 개발

Reliability, time to market, and cost are three critical factors that determine if a product is successful in the marketplace. Meeting diverse customer expectations is the starting point and driving force of all design, verification, and production activities. In the context of reliability planning and requirements, customer needs should be analyzed and further correlated with reliability data analysis based on real-time on-site data. This paper present a prototype of spreadsheet-based reliability toolkit, ERAT (Excel-based Reliability Analysis Toolkit) which has been developed based on Microsoft Excel 2016 Macro and VBA(Visual Basic for Application) that reliability end-users can easily be accessible. It was designed to accommodate parametric and non-parametric reliability data analysis for customer needs. Reliability data analysis toolkit use exponential distribution, weibull distribution and lognormal distribution analysis module for lifetime distributions and provide the functionality for complete data, type I censored data, type II censored data and multiply censored data. In addition, parameter estimation, calculation of reliability measures were implemented with graphic capability. By utilizing the ERAT, End-user is able to develop custom-based ad-hoc models more easily and expected to save cost of reliability analysis system implementation in small and medium-sized business level during the life-cycle of product development.

모계 집단 해법의 개발

We designed maternal group algorithm (MGA) for the optimization problem. The individuals in MGA are two type of female and male. Each female individuals are included in maternal group. The strong male individuals are in maternal group as a leader of maternal group and the weak male individuals are in male group. We introduced maternal group completion, leader male exchanging, aging operation as a MGA operation. Four alternative algorithm were designed to test for the quality of solution and the calculation time.

사회복지시설 안전관리 실태분석과 개선 방안

This study is to survey overall status of social welfare facilities to find out for producing problems with an aspect of safety management and producing better methods to be improved. The focus group interview method is applied to the delegates of Ministry of Health and Welfare. Korea government should be ensured at each facilities with satisfactory environmental conditions. It is also found out that employees related to these facilities are not sufficiently assigned and better expert are not sufficiently either. The results are shown that better management and expert are not satisfactory so that all the facilities can be operated reasonably. It is also shown that their duty and functions are not clearly classified actually. This one leads not to response promptly and efficiently, eventually. Conclusively, local governments should introduce additional safety checks audits in order to improve better safety level. Safety manual for those facilities should also be improved to ensure a certain level of safety level of them. One more idear, Smart safety management can be applied tothe nurse and caring people using the related applications.

컨테이너 터미널에서 무인 야드 크레인 원격작업자 인원 산정

Recently, many of container terminal operates adopt an AYC(Automated Yard Crane) as yard container handling equipment in order to reduce costs and improve productivity. A container terminal that uses AYCs requires a remote worker to perform loading/unloading operation of AYCs safely. Generally remote workers are assigned to AYCs in the sequence of request of an AYC. Providing too many remote workers to operations of AYCs involves cost and not providing enough remote workers to operations of AYCs results in excessive waiting time of AYCs and external trucks. Therefore the effect of queueing in relation to the time spent by AYCs to access remote work services is an important issues of container terminal operators. In this study, the queueing characteristics of the remote workers operation is analysed using a multi-server queueing model. Considering the service level and waiting cost, we deals with how to determine the optimal number of remote worker. The validity of the proposed method was verified using actual field data and the sensitivity analysis has been performed.

In general, MANOVA that verifies the relationship between two or more continuous dependent variables and categorical independent variables is possible when the assumption of multivariate normality, equal variances, and sphericity assumption. However, most of the actual data that can be obtained, especially a small number of sample data are difficult to meet the above assumptions. Therefore, since the results of the analysis by the parametric method are difficult to be relied upon, mainly the bootstrap method has been studied as a nonparametric approach. Konietschke et al.[3] presented a parametric and nonparametric bootstrap method that can be used in small sample sizes that do not satisfy the assumptions of multivariate normality and equal variances. However, due to the resampling method which ignores treatment groups, there is a problem that the bootstrap distribution of test statistic under the null hypothesis is different from the theoretically approximated distribution when null hypotheses is untrue. In order to solve these problems, we propose a nonparametric bootstrap method that resamples residuals from each treatment group. The proposed method shows that even if the null hypothesis is not satisfied, theoretically approximated distribution and bootstrap distribution are similar. We also confirmed that the results of the proposed method are improved over the existing methods through the example data.
